Apr 4th 2008 9:03AM My favorite was when I puged an Underbog run and the tank asked for lightning shield. I was like, umm no. I told him he could have an Earth Shield (resto ftw!) instead. The elemental shaman in the group also didn't bring ankhs with him because he can never remember to take them out of his bank. Needless to say I didn't stay in that group too long.
Mar 31st 2008 2:17PM I was in a guild that was progressing along very quickly, but they had very high standards. Their main purpose for forming the guild was to get away from the elitists, but wouldn't you know...that's exactly what they were turning into. I take a break from WoW every winter because of my job. I still log in and say hi, but I don't really raid or stay on for more than 3 hours. I just don't have the time. So I use this time to play some of my lower level characters in the guild so people know I'm still alive. I'll do the dailies on my main, but I refuse to raid or go on late night groups. Also, working on my lower level alts gives them a chance to get to 70 and become more useful to the guild.
Well one night the GL's right hand man had just logged in as I had dinged. Like any one else would have done, I exclaimed my jubilation in guild chat. He then asked "Shouldn't someone be playing their shaman?" Of course he didn't care that I had been playing my shaman in the early morning hours. He then went on lecturing me about how I should be farming gold and mats for the guild since I couldn't raid. For the guild! Forget about that. I knew right then and there that I had to leave, but I waited. I posted the predicament on the guild website and several people just didn't want to see me go and one of the other officers was really concerned. The a$$hole that started the whole thing never made a single post to my thread for over a week. At least not until another member toyed with the idea that maybe I misunderstood his comments. The GL didn't get involved until the end when he locked the thread. I was seriously considering staying in the guild because I had made some really good friends there and the one officer was willing to try to get things ironed out. At least up until the point where he tried to put everything on me.
So in short I /gquit all of my characters that were in the guild and right before I /gquit with my last character I wished everone a farewell and wished them success and happiness. And whenever I see any of my old guildies and they ask me why I left, I tell them the reason. And they all agree with me that this guy is a real D1ck!
Mar 29th 2008 9:53AM Since wool sells on the horde side of my server for over 2g a stack I farm that on a nearly constant basis. I've found that the humans in Hillsbrad fields drop wool in gobs. I don't even bother with silk because now it's down to nearly 55s a stack. Not worth the time imho. Wool also is great for engineers who wish to make their exploding sheep.

I don't really think that Tremor totems are crap. I actually use them quite frequently. It all depends on the place and the fight. The Sirens in Steamvaults, for example, have a chance of fearing perty members into nearby groups of mobs. I'd rather drop the totem and reduce the risk of this happening. It saves me a lot of work and headaches from keeping party members alive.
Oct 29th 2007 11:57AM Biggest Loser has been canceled due to an investigation regarding reports of forced group starvation. An anonymous person sent in this photo of bone-thin people, claiming they are the contestants. More of this and other news at 11.

Sep 1st 2007 1:29PM That was by far the coolest dance video I have ever seen. Great music and great choreography.
