Sep 11th 2007 10:43AM I find it interesting (and telling?) that when the author describes who appreciates WoW as "she" and the individual who wonders about time wasted as "he".
Sep 11th 2007 10:28AM Hmmm. I hate Ragefire Chasm because it's a pain to get a good group together for it at lower levels. And there's no good loot but quests available.
But without a doubt, it's Wailing Caverns. As a low-level holy priest(ask me how you too can enjoy such pain), I depended on others to DPS while I healed. But many players at that level are newbies and get their panties in a twist when you wipe because the tank doesn't realize how to manage threat. I spent LITERALLY an entire day, 13 hours of playtime trying to get ONE GROUP to go through and finish the damn instance. I am never doing that instance again unless threated with having my toenails pulled out by the roots.
Sep 5th 2007 2:23PM I have used trial account alts to cross-faction thank other players for not owning my face. I play a holy support-specced undead priest, and I leveled her as such. Soloing was difficult. I like to MC buff Alliance, and now that I'm level 70, I like to hunt lowbies and buff them. I'm a carebear, but I know that my random acts of carebear will be remembered longer than "that @#$! that camped me"- there's zillions of those and I'm probably the only carebear that's helped them.
