Aug 19th 2008 3:15PM With crushing blows being dropped from the combat table of course bears were gonna take a hit in the armor and hp department because they would be ridiculously overpowered tanks if you didn't.
I don't see any problem here. Blizz should just make them use normal rogue leather with enough of a multiplier in bear form to make them viable tanks, rogues don't really care how much armor is on their gear anyway. Then give them parry rating perhaps and reduce their hp to one or two thousand above the other tanks to makeup for loss of block mechanics and there you go. Problem solved, why is this so hard for Blizz?

Jul 25th 2008 3:24PM Gah, would you mind turning down your combat sounds before recording something like this.
Jul 21st 2008 2:26PM Yep, some pretty awesome changes. I got Don Carlo's hat for the Ghost Wolf pet and can't wait for Feral Spirit, I'm gonna run around as a whole pack of ghost wolves xD
Jul 19th 2008 11:14AM No, not gonna happen. Rune-forging is not a profession.
Jul 18th 2008 2:23PM This is not significantly different from before, not the 'massive rework' that was promised. I am extremely underwhelmed. I'm not at all sure that I'm going to continue playing my prot paladin into Wrath. Deathknights look far sexier, and I won't have to deal with mana or being silenced. Blizzard, it's not enough. This does nothing to assuage the problem of extreme mana innefficiency while grinding, or the problem of being mana burned in pvp, or of having your seals and buffs dispelled instantly. And the salvation nerf... Keeping in the 90% threat boost also means that paladins will do half the dps of warrior tanks who only get a 45% threat boost. %#*$^@ this.
