Aug 12th 2008 10:14AM oh my grandma, what big ears you have
sheesh....look who's talking
Oct 1st 2007 6:58AM 1. Those damn birds in skettis dont seem to have been fixed, they still evade or just 'lag out' and just pressing space to get away seems to not work anymore as i get unmounted everytime. At least they give rep bonus now tho.
2. I hate the new waiting system on the AH.
3. The repair button doesn't grey out once clicked anymore, so for the first few times i wasn't sure if it was repairing me or not, not a big issue, but annoying none-the-less.
Sep 21st 2007 4:55AM I've met some good friends from playing AV. It's just good fun and brings players together to work as a team more than any of the other BG's (I can't speak for EotS as I only managed to get in there once)
In the 51-60 range, one of the best things for me was guiding new AV players on the mechanics of AV...explaining how we need to cap towers and GY's etc, and hearing them cheer when they saw Icey for the first time always made me smile.
Sep 11th 2007 6:43AM Just not getting honor isnt enough, people will still try their luck and hope noone can be bothered to use the reporting system, there needs to be something that is a real deterrent from trying.
I'd like to see them given a 'white feather' debuff that lasts for 12 hours at least so that everyone can see that they are lazy and selfish cowards.
Or maybe because they are standing still for so long they get a disease debuff like 'thrombosis' or something that will impeed their movement speed which lasts for 12 hours and cant be removed so that it affects their pveing also.
I love battlegrounds, and AV in the 51-60 range was fun, never saw many afkers...61up is just not worth the frustration =(
Yes they pay to play however they want, but so do I and the afk'ers take away a big part of the enjoyment of my game

the demon-tracking icon on the top pic is a warlocks. The hunter's demon-tracking is a totally different looking icon.
Sep 6th 2007 8:30AM I only ever did this once, and not cos of ganking. On arriving at a named quest mob at relatively the same time as an opposing faction player, I let him tag the mob and helped him down him when he was in trouble. When the fight was over, he spat on me 5-6 times and left.
I know i should have rolled my eyes and carried on, but i logged on my alli alt and enquired as to whether the obviously small size of his male appendage was the reason for his apparent lack of class.
I don't mind being ganked, I laugh it off, but stupid, rude people just irritate me.
