Nov 3rd 2011 11:54AM To be fair, monks don't really sneak around. They aren't really trying to hide. They just move quietly.
Nov 2nd 2011 2:33PM They've talked about making changes to that. The one they threw out there was keeping the total character limit across all servers, but removing the limit per server. So you could have 20 characters on one server. Where that is on the to do list is questionable.
Nov 2nd 2011 1:31PM I wouldn't mind a more Asian themed dragon since we do have the Spirit of Competition.
I would like to see something different based in myth and legends. Really not just mounts, maybe pets too.
Cloud Skipping Shoes - based off the Legend of Monkey, which would probably teach us a cloud mount.
Some pets based off the animal spirits.
There are some legendary items to pull from to make Legendaries. The Ten-ton Staff.
Nov 1st 2011 2:17PM The soothing narration by Worgen Freeman called him down. So, he's more patient now. I don't remember if he snapped back 5 seconds later, though.

The Blizzcon Q&A implied that only Pandaren would start on the turtle. Other racial monks would have trainers there as if they were always there with no real story explaining it. Possibly, we'll see some minor explanation like the Troll Druid during the Echo Isle event.
Oct 28th 2011 1:23PM 1) You might try going to WoWhead. There is a chance you can find the critter there and it will give you a script to copy. I can't seem to find one myself, but they are classified as NPCs, so you may be able to use the script from another NPC or item and adjust.
2) You may be able to go through the archives for WoW Insider or MMO-Champion and guesstimate based on when it was reported. If it's one of the original original servers, go with Vanilla WoW release date.
I noticed those people too. I understand pride and anxiety when asking the question, but it slows things down. As an online viewer and probably those behind you, you are wasting my time and I don't really care who you are. I care more about what your question is.
Oct 27th 2011 1:09PM They've also made several technical upgrades to the servers since BC. It may be strong enough to handle it.
Cata had two starting areas, but I think most started with Hyjal. I don't believe there was any issues there.

I had a similar thought. Thinking the healer spec would use cloth and forgetting caster leather. Then a friend pointed out that plate classes show: plate, mail, leather, cloth. It would have been interesting to see Pandaren in Dreadmist heirloom, though healers will probably go for it in a pinch.
They'll probably get a conversion somewhere to get parry if they get it. Maybe 100% dodge becomes parry similar to spirit-to-hit conversion.
Oct 25th 2011 12:56PM It's hard to say. Previously, the expansions have come out November-January. I'd have to check on exact dates. I think BC was January. Wrath was November. Cata was December.
I'm hoping for that time frame so I can take a week's vacation. Blizz has polished things up so that it's no longer a bad idea.
We also have to take into consideration 4.3. How long until that drops and how long can we expect it to last. Six months is probably the longest without another patch to tide us over. We may see a patch 4.3.2 to get that transition dungeon/lore, which can extend the time frame.
Oct 25th 2011 12:37PM I think someone on the forums gave a good suggestion to figure it out. We need to stop thinking of them as talents and more like glyphs.
I'd expect it will effectively be the same. Some people have the same specialization for both specs, just slightly different point distribution on talents. Same as now, just looks different. I doubt one would want the exact same talents while tanking vs healing vs dps. Some, maybe you would.
