Official forum changes, real life names to be displayed {WoW}
Jul 6th 2010 2:32PM Why, yes it would be... under the CURRENT TOS. But, since Blizzard is the owner and modifier of the TOS, and you just sign off on it, I'm pretty sure the language is going to change.
Currently, if anyone posts real-life information about themselves or anyone else, in-game or on a forum, they can be banned.
I guarantee you that this aspect of the TOS and EULA will change as well.

Aug 25th 2009 2:57PM I'm also a little concerned about this. While I'd be happy to let others earn titles, I have to admit I don't want mine to go away. Does anyone know for sure how these new titles will be implemented, and if veterans will be able to keep theirs?

That said, Sarth is pretty fun, but for what it's worth, Shade of Aran has my vote!
