Sep 8th 2008 1:30PM It is indeed a time of change, especially in the hardcore guilds. This doesn't have to be a bad thing though. If your guild now has no appetite to keep farming BT then suggest some fun runs. Do some crazy stuff - try an all paladin run: http://www.worldofwarcraftblogger.com/all-paladin-run/ . Have some release before the mass rush to 80 and full epic in WOTLK.
Chill out - raid some Vanilla instances or level a profession. Help some alts in your guild through low level instances. Basically what I am saying to guild officers is to reintroduce some fun!

Sep 7th 2008 3:09PM Rogues with axes would be quite scary. Imagine a rogue popping out of stealth and going mental with two blunt axes. Not a pretty sight...
Ingame I am sure the decision was just about balance and game mechanics. Maces suit rogues a lot more and swords and daggers even more so.
