Jul 20th 2009 3:04PM It does still ruin server culture, ninjas and amoral behavior were becoming issues when the cooldown went to 30 days, its gonna be a huge issue now.

Paid character transfers time restrictions slashed {WoW}

Jul 20th 2009 2:36PM Anybody else thinks this is just another way for them to get more money? What happened to Eyonix's statement that the Devs took into consideration population imbalances and the effect on server culture and economy, which was why the xfer cool down was originally NINETY days, moving it to THIRTY was an obvious way to make more money, but seriously 3 days????

Breakfast Topic: Would you play a Worgen or a Goblin? {WoW}

Jul 18th 2009 11:03AM alot of people predicted draenei. the devs had stated before that the new race would have strong ties to Outland. however when they were predicting draenei they thought it was the Broken spcies of Draenei, because at the time it was thought that the Horde needed a pretty race and alliance needed a beastly/ugly race...

New Halloween masks point to a new playable race? {WoW}

Jul 18th 2009 12:18AM well they could just not give the option for DK to these races. There is no rule that says even new races must be DK.

New Halloween masks point to a new playable race? {WoW}

Jul 17th 2009 6:18PM I'm pretty sure it looks like a cat because there's no snout because masks are two dimensional. The file begins with WO_ so I'm prety sure thats for Wolf or Worgen.

Jul 17th 2009 4:50PM The Forsaken were also humans once and the Blood Elves were also very loyal alliance members as well at one point in time. As I already posted earlier, it makes more sense for the Worgens who are seeking redemption for their "affliction" to join the Horde, its the same story that was rehashed and used again to justify the Blood Elves entering the Horde.

But if they just did the obvious Goblin to Horde, Worgen to Alliance, that seems really like a rehash of TBC. They can definitely break new ground by doing neutral race that chooses its own faction. You can build the choice into the faction like KOTOR where you actions in the starting zone ultimately determines your final allegiance at level 20.
