Faction changes coming to the World of Warcraft {WoW}

Jun 30th 2009 2:28PM So many people whining and "quitting" the game over something that won't have any impact on them unless they decide to change it.

If your favorite restaurant decided to start serving a dish you didn't like, would you whine incessantly to the owners or threaten to quit going? I would think most rational people would be like, "I just won't order it, it's not something I like and I'll continue ordering the food I know I enjoy." Of course, you always get the completely irrational people who expect everything to bend to their ideals and wishes, "OH MY GOD, I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU GUYS ARE SERVING THIS! I DON'T LIKE IT AND I WON'T EVER ORDER IT. STRIKE IT FROM THE MENU OR I'M NEVER COMING BACK."

As multiple others have said, this is no different than someone transferring to your server. Technically, transfers weren't born in your world (server), therefore they shouldn't exist but yet, here they are, epicced out and stealing all your server firsts.

Multiboxing.tv lets you watch multiboxing as it happens {WoW}

Jun 26th 2009 3:34PM Really?

I've been watching for 30 minutes now on the pre-recorded stuff and I haven't heard him advertise once. The only reason I knew anything about the software was because someone in the chat (not him) mentioned it. I clicked through to his profile to try to find a link to the website and couldn't find anything.

I fail to see how this is just a big infomercial, he's actually giving tips on multi-boxing and such with no mention of the software in the time I've been watching.

The Circuit City closings post was one of my favorites because it lead me to scour all the CC in the area for deals. I ended up getting around $1.5k worth of items for under $500 over a month long period. It was pretty amazing and lead to me increasing my DVD collection by 300%.

So, thanks for that.
