Apr 26th 2008 6:11AM I like that name -- Carebear server. I actually am on a regular RP server however I didnt really grasp what pvp was when I started playing WoW. Now at 70 I spend 90% of my time flagged, doing dailies, farming whatever. It's a little hard because your a massive target and everyone is waiting to pounce. It's interesting though because noone is ever willing to take you on 1v1 on a PVE server. I've had a full tank, healer, and a few dps blue wall me like I was some sort of end-game boss or something.
Great article, I alway kind of find it funny to see 70's that have never pvp'd before... it really does round you out as a player.
Apr 1st 2008 6:33PM I wish this wasn't april fools, my Tauren hunter has always wanted to go into space.
Oct 23rd 2007 3:17PM RP'ers are made fun of even on RP servers. Here on Steamwheedle even the RP guilds are laughed at when they RP, when silvermoon city is under attack someone in world defense yells "save the RP'ers!" The fact is that there is nowhere for RP'ers to go in WoW. The only reason people go to RP servers is because there are just a few less dumb people than regular servers, but RP is hard to come by.
