"The people in LFG aren't there for the sole purpose of doing you a personal favor."
Neither am I for anyone else. It's rude to be in LFG not ready to go.
Hay this works two ways I get to filter out all the bads from players who are ready to go. If some DPS does not want to go on 30-45 min heroic runs all they have to do is hit decline.
Aug 7th 2009 5:40PM Not to mention Blizzard makes over 100 million a month.
FFS Blizzard spend some money and buy some more instance servers.
Players should NEVER see this message.
Aug 7th 2009 5:19PM yes i have and it feels the way it should be. If your have a max level char you understand....
1. What gear to look for and what talents to take
2. What each type of class does. Your either DPS, Tank, or Healer. Figuring out a rotation is easy as running some instances and reading a website or two.
3. What to look for and how to better your char.
It does not take rocket science, and quest grinding, to figure you char out.
Aug 7th 2009 5:15PM "Which are we gonna dig the grave for first? Courtesy or intelligence?"
Normally I would brush of players like yourself, but I feel like I need to address this. It would be uncourteous to ask someone to an instance to do X when they have already placed them self into LFG and flagged them self for what roll they can provide. When joining LFG you are saying "I want to run X and I can provide Y. I am ready to be invited to a group". If your not ready then why join the LFG at all? The very definition of LFG is your searching for a group to join and are ready to go. Its rude to the people in the group if your doing BGs/questing/farming.
No we will not wait for you to get your quest done
No you can't just finish your BG
Yes you will be replaced and placed on my shared ignore list
Aug 7th 2009 3:53PM Hope your not dps because you would never make it into our fast 30 min heroic runs.
Aug 7th 2009 3:49PM /facepalm
If you're in LFG you are saying "Hay, invite me because I am looking to be in a group". Why else would you put yourself out there? Besides I play as tank and guilde plays as healer so finding DPS is easy.
If the DPSer has beef with a "ninja invite" then I boot them and take one of the other 30 people in LFG. If you play a DPS roll you are easily replaced.
Aug 7th 2009 3:26PM I am all for Blizzard giving the option, after you hit 80, to create any toon at level 80 with a full set of greens. You could run a few instances learn your class, get carried threw a naxx run to gear out, and be in uldar in 3 weeks with your friends 12th on dps.
Its all about having fun with your friends. It's not very fun killing bats and delivering boxes for 6 weeks while everyone else is raiding.
Make this happen!
