Feb 8th 2009 1:41AM "We had someone get saved to naxx 25 by accident cause the RL left it on heroic"
But you are saved only when you actually drop a Boss in an instance? I've been in a 10 man that accidently went into 25... needless to say, we got owned by the first wave of mobs.
I'm not saying your guildmate is a liar... but if He's pro enough to clear upto and drop a boss in naxx25 with only 10 people... missing out on a 25 man seems a trivial issue :p

The other end of that.
Dec 17th 2008 10:41AM As a clothie, most pvp encounters against non-clothies can be summarized as:
Dec 13th 2008 7:54PM Just faster and yes.
No offense intended, but that is some pretty basic stuff. You might want to head over to wowwiki or a similar resource and get yourself acquainted with the mechanics behind shadow priests. (and casters in general)
Dec 12th 2008 6:29PM and SKILL > TIME.
But I'm sure most will fail to grasp this.
Dec 5th 2008 7:37PM Actually, as I found out yesterday, my Turtle Minders robe (honored Ka'luak... the walrus guys) couldn't be disenchanted but it could be vendored.
So I guess the 'rule' is: Stuff you bought, but not with gold, can't be DE' d nor vendored. Stuff you did buy with gold, can't be DE 'd but can be vendored.
Dec 5th 2008 5:46PM *spoiler warning* (I'll try and keep it to a minimum)
Not exactly. Initially you get a quest to rescue a goblin who's being held by the Hyldnir (the blue vrykul ladies, half-giantesses)
During the rescue you get a disguise and are unwittingly entered into a competition, once you win that, you're told about what's going on in the storm peaks (why the once allied sons of Hodir and the followers of Thorim are warring)
This leads into the questline to get the Sons' dailies but by now your disguise still works (strangely enough...) and you can get the dailies from the Hyldnir
Nov 29th 2008 9:30PM In regards to quantity: A quick glance at wowhead reveals 118 items bought with Emblem of Heroism and 87 items bought with Emblems of Valor.
furthermore, the heroic items are of a greater variety than the raid items, no wand bought with valor tokens exists, for example.
nor any weapon for that matter.
Which prompts me to ask a question of my own: How much fact checking is done before answering question posted by users of the site?
Because i.m.o. it's a real shame to see questions like this: ", is this intended?" being treated seriously; opposed to debunking the false statement, that's ok, obviously.
Nov 8th 2008 6:14PM I think the article (or rather its source) refers to boxed copies. Consider people with multiple accounts or households with more than one person playing. They conceivably could purchase more boxes, but one box with additional keys would suffice.
