Apr 24th 2008 10:39AM I used an ink jet and 24lb stock from staples. You can use standard paper, but I already had that loaded into my printer. :)
Apr 17th 2008 11:28AM I have a grid that I use to map out the bead locations. I do it all by eye.. I just try to look at the icon and make it as close as possible given the bead colors available. I use a PSD with 401 layers, one for each bead and the grid. It's definitely time consuming. LOL!
I just finished a hearthstone guide. You can view it here:
Apr 12th 2008 10:49PM I have added a picture to the photo gallery which shows the potions in regular light. They are still quite pretty. :)
You can buy pre-colored, ready to squeeze, gel in a tube. It's ready to use immediately, no heating, which might be better for the kiddos. You can search the web for the tubes. I found some online, but only in 2 colors (yellow and orange). You might also want to check with your local craft store.
Apr 10th 2008 9:06PM You can purchase Lightcubes here: http://www.littlebrightlights.com/site/1435548/page/709577
"Non-replaceable batteries last about 36 to 48 hours on steady light mode, or more than a week on flashing light mode," so quite a bit more than 12 hours.
Initially, I thought about putting scents and a wick in the candles, but you would have to use a really long match in order to light them because the neck is so slender.. and there is also the concern with the glass breaking due to heat in such an enclosed space.
Jan 17th 2008 11:25AM i really wish i had this problem. :/
Jan 17th 2008 11:19AM I've actually been working on this recipe since November. My last attempt was quite good - but epic recipes call for epic taste, so I'm still working at it. :)
Did you take any pics of the actual dish?
Jan 9th 2008 8:32PM Very cool and interesting twist on the topic! I no longer have cats b/c our youngest is allergic, but I might try these w/ doggie kibble, since I still have two of those. :) You have a gorgeous kitty, btw.
