May 15th 2009 8:49AM The Burnout? The Moron? Do you have the "Conservative Tight Ass" title?
There are many pot smokers that lead very successful and productive lives... like US presidents, Senators, CEO's and professional athlete's. Not everyone that smokes is a burnout just like not everyone that plays WoW is a basement dwelling video game addict with no life.
Your closed minded views makes me think you need a nice joint and some melodic music because it sounds like you need to be enlightened.
And many music festival's go on in the US every year where the cops turn there heads and hundreds of people openly smoke without worry of prosecution.
I think if they did implement my Holiday it would have lots of appeal for both the fun loving pot smokers and the tight ass ignorant conservatives such as yourself will go just to have something to complain about... its a win win.
May 14th 2009 6:52PM The Herb Festival
Celebrated on April 20th
Scantily clad chicks in every major city handing out joints.
Free Brownies and Milk for all.
L70etc playing some good old Marley, Hendrix, Sublime etc. in Dalaran.
Players given lighters to hold up during the show.
And a big fireworks show to end it off
It would be epic - the title awarded would be "the Enlightened"
Feb 19th 2009 3:44PM Starcraft II is an RTS (real time strategy) not an MMO.
Feb 16th 2009 6:12PM You will definitely not be able to get the explorer title on your lvl.1 alt.
I made a draenei bank alt and gained 2 levels just running to SW.
I am not aware of any titles available to a lvl.1 character.
Dec 19th 2008 8:15AM I forgive Blizz for the all of the issues you have mentioned lag, evading, server queues and extended maintenance's. As these are all things I would expect from a fresh expansion.
One thing I can not forgive them for is the complete imbalance in PvP at the moment and the fact that they have started a new arena system knowing how screwed up the balance is. I was in the beta and witnessed as well as started a few threads myself in regards to the imbalances, cloth vs melee and excessive burst damage as examples.
They have however seem to now come to these realizations now and I am encouraged by some of there recent statements, mostly:
-Bring the player not the class is now a design goal for pvp.
-Rated battlegrounds and moving away from the horrid arena system as the only way to obtain top tier pvp item sets.
Dec 16th 2008 1:34PM I completely agree.
The whole "e-sport" tag that Blizz has been so actively pursuing so that they can run tournaments and leagues and such with pro gamers in the form of arenas has pretty much destroyed PvP for me, which was my favorite part of the game.
I understand they are doing this because if they can create a legitimate "e-sport" than they will have people continuing to play the game for years after it has faded away simply for this aspect of the game.
I wish that they would put the emphasis back on BG's and world PvP so that the majority of players can continue to enjoy the experience. Let the hardcore have there own tournament servers where arena ratings are required for all gear and leave the regular realms the way they were with only the best pieces of gear having rating requirements and the majority of gear available to all people with no rating requirements.
Nov 24th 2008 3:31PM Does the level requirement still apply for plate and mail items?
For example can I equip the plate shoulders on my lvl 30 Paladin or must I wait until lvl 40 when he is allowed to wear plate?
If the level requirement still applies does this not severely hinder Paladins, Warriors, Shamans and Hunters who will only be able to choose to buy armor heirloom items for the first or second half of the leveling experience?
Nov 16th 2008 2:51PM Can we have some articles discussing the different factions, how to obtain there rep, and what items are available from them by class? So people can know which factions are worth grinding for rep for there toons.
I know this would be too much for a "The Queue" just thought I would throw it out there.
Nov 6th 2008 8:13PM I have both the N52 and the N52te, a great product!
I highly recommend this device it is very easy to use and configure. Now that I play with it I couldn't imagine playing without it.
