Oct 14th 2011 9:43AM Or, even better... Once you have explored a continent, all the flight points in that continent become portals. Then once you have your Explorer title, all the continents are linked by portals from the major cities.
Oct 14th 2011 9:41AM I too would like to be able to visit all the capital cities in a more convenient manner. So, how about once you hit level cap for a continent/expansion, all the flight points added on that continent/in that xpac become portals?
You're in Stormwind and you want to head over to Exodar for the trick or treats, you go visit the flight point and zoom, zap, zowie, you're there. If you haven't hit level 60 yet, you have to travel the old fashioned way.
Oct 6th 2011 8:13AM Third year running, no mounts dropped on any of the 6 toons I ran the instance on every day. RNG can certainly sometimes be a cast-iron bitch. /sigh
Oh well. On to the next maze so I can get another pellet.
Sep 1st 2011 11:04AM Back-to-school means:
1. I can now re-join trade chat for a couple hours each day
2. RDF will now take a little longer but when I do get a run, it will be less un-uber
3. Fewer moments of having to turn on labels in order to interact with NPCs
4. Guild raids being at 11pm server means a little less drama because they have to go to bed earlier
Yeah, I think I might be a tad less "get off my porch" and a bit more :)
The Old Guy
Jul 25th 2011 10:22AM It could be even more simple than that. I select a mob, I tell my pet to attack it. My pet is a weapon that does damage. The excuse that I didn't take any action doesn't float.
Blizzard hasn't gotten around to changing the rules for pet damage because they have taken most of their devs and put them on Titan. It might eventually get "fixed" but I rather doubt it.
Jul 22nd 2011 3:14PM You've posted a lot of idiotic posts in the past too, so you should try harder to not get wrapped around the axel on this. And yeah, the kind of people that can justify the types of jobs I listed are, IMHO, of the same class of people as people that feel it's justified to screw kids.
Jul 22nd 2011 12:54PM Funny how both of you defend bill collectors but let the rest of it go. I suspect if you were personal injury lawyers instead of collections agents, you might have lambasted me for my comments about ambulance chasers instead.
Maybe I should have added slack jawed mouth breathers. I might have gotten more negative comments.
Jul 22nd 2011 12:46PM @Cutaia: I have worked in an AR organization. Yeah, it's exactly like that.
@Gnogmengnon: Lose a job and a house and a car in the same year and keep your current attitude. I dare ya.
Jul 22nd 2011 10:30AM Ganking is the act of a coward with low self-esteem and mommy issues. Camping is a Denial of Service attack and should be banned by the devs. If you taunt after doing either, you are the lowest form of scumbag and I'll spend all day coming back from the grave and attacking you then /sit just to keep you occupied so you don't be mucking about with other players. You're no better then bill collectors, tax assessors, personal injury lawyers and, dare I say it, pedophiles.
Did I mention you're the lowest form of scumbag.

Jul 21st 2011 2:00PM I had a situation involving RL friends. I started playing a couple weeks after 3.0 dropped and about a month later, invited one of my RL friends. Some couple months after he joined me in game, I invited one of my co-workers. My co-worker and my friend soon struck up a romance and ultimately got married.
The co-worker and my friend soon started tag teaming folks in my guild and exploiting the need/greed system in random heroics to game the numbers. As an example, if something dropped that a guild member needed and co-worker needed also, my friend would also need, then pass the item to his wife. This started happening over one weekend and by the next week, a lot of folks were real unhappy.
Long story short, I left the guild, and my RL friends. They continued to give me a hard time after leaving so I ultimately ended up having to relocate to another server.
