Of monks, mains, and the ability to change {WoW}

Apr 2nd 2012 5:42PM With the way they've "dumbed" the game down, you could realistically change mains every major content patch. The last one for example. I played a warrior and geared him up to 378, more or less, in Firelands. Once Dragon Soul hit, it took maybe a week to get my DK and mage up to the same gear level, if not better since I was able to fill out nearly every slot.

Nov 16th 2011 3:12PM I hate time travel scenarios. Not looking forward to these three dungeons at all. While the previous Caverns of Time instances were somewhat interesting , allowing a glimpse at Warcradt history, this new stuff sounds muddy and silly. Give me trolls and jungles any day over time travel.

Aug 26th 2011 11:00AM On toons that even have the ability to tank, I have one PvE DPS spec and one PvP spec. If they allowed a third spec, I'd consider tanking at least 5-mans.

Jan 7th 2011 10:13AM Exactly that... our LEVEL 85 spell (which simply copied another class's level 70 spell) is now unusable in arenas. It's like disabling Smoke Bomb or Dark Simulacrum... you push to your max level, get your reward, but then find out it's a copy of another class's ability and you can't use it in one of your favorite parts of the game.

Seems like poor planning to be on Blizzard's part.

Feb 25th 2010 11:40AM Pure speculation but... what do you think the chances will be that Cataclysm willl bring the ability to dual-guild? It sounds like guilds are going to become more important than ever with the introduction of guild achievements & rewards. However, a lot of us in the game are in smaller, friend/family based guilds that just don't have the sheer numbers to achieve much more than 10-man content at best. I don't wanna leave my cozy little guild but I'd sure love the option to be in a second guild at the same time. Am I dreaming at best?

Sep 14th 2009 5:46PM 5v5 is absolutely no fun at all. It's a goddamned messy zerg in a small room with lots of poles and obstructions. Cannot stand it.

3v3 is a slightly roomier version of 5s.

2v2 is totally fun. Matches can last.... there's room to move....

"...larger matches are more fun overall" I could not disagree more.
