Aug 26th 2008 5:04AM I'd have to say I'm against policing channels. There is a Teen rating and a profanity filter there, use them. Now if they wanted to add another where the player set the terms of it, like say Filter All Comments in Trade With the Word "Anal". That would be great. Each player could customize their own Chat Windows to filter out what they don't want to deal with. This would also free up alot of ignore spaces for the true asshats.
Feb 13th 2008 12:06AM Most of the time the builds you see in the build shops, you look at it, and go yeah, I can see the reasoning behind that, I won't do it, but it's not terrible.
Nothing personal Arajal, but this build is junk, so many talents that don't make sense, wasted points. I don't see how this is deserving of a build shop spot.
Feb 9th 2008 4:41PM I don't hate warlocks, but I do think DoTs should drop off on the death of the caster.
And just to clarify, any bleed, poison, moonfire, w/e, should drop off when the person who did it died imo. So I'm not just hating on locks, they just have the most DoTs.
Feb 8th 2008 11:49AM I've been one of the first ones out of the Horde cave and gotten to SHGY only to find it fully defended already. Get a group with a pally and crusader aura to get the butts up there as soon as the gate drops. As far as SH Bunker goes, I'm sure if you let us take it, we'll be dumb enough to leave it unguarded for an easy recap. Play a little smarter, the SP area is far superior to IB area in terms of defending. The real question is going to be what are you going to do when these changes happen and you still lose. What will you blame next?
Feb 8th 2008 3:10AM From a tanks point of view, please try to avoid Mace spec for raiding. If it procs alot you will gimp your tanks rage generation (assuming the mob is stunnable). It's fine on bosses, but aggravating on trash. Me, no rage, you, dead.

Dec 31st 2007 1:54PM Well seeing how you probably play WoW in your free time, I would argue that your time is free. Also, how hard is it to farm some shards, takes ya a couple minutes maybe, I said you would get some shards on a run from trash, not heaps.
Twice the durability does not equal twice the time to repair. A tank will take normal wear and tear from holding aggro, and a wipe is 10% durability loss regardless of how much durability you have. So more often then not the tank will need to repair before you.
Would just like to reinterate that I'm not for tipping tanks, just trying to clear up some of you misconceptions about plate.
Dec 29th 2007 4:21PM Peter Ellis, have you actually looked at the durability difference between plate and cloth. Alot of times the plate will have nearly double the durability, therefore twice the cost to repair and twice the cost per wipe. Yes it's normalized to durability, but unless they normalize durability to all slots plate will always be more. Also, if you are a clothie and have a 25g repair bill, that means the tank is probably hitting 40+g. As far as tipping tanks, do what you want, it's not necessary. Even when I tank wipefests that aren't my fault I don't expect a tip, I just hope the people involved learned something about the instance/raid/their class anything really.
Lastly, SOUL SHARDS ARE FREE, so you can quit trying to use them in your argument about cost. Any warlock will have some on them for a raid and likely pick up more as you clear trash.
Dec 21st 2007 4:42AM Awww, last one, Horde please.
Dec 19th 2007 5:00PM Another day another Horde preference.
