Aug 1st 2010 4:36PM I use an addon called "needtoknow" . its super simple and can easily be setup in 2 mins for LShield and MW. for every other cooldown i use sexy cooldown bar.

Jun 3rd 2009 4:05PM i would like them to retool azeroth/outlands zones/instances/gear (except for the starter zones) for levels 55+ and allow all characters to be level 55.
certain zones in azeroth could even be retooled for level up to level 80 characters.
the starter zones would rapidly increase your level
all of the professions would cost more gold to train initially but would start you out at 225+ to compensate for the lack of available leveling zones.

id also like instant travel time between flightmasters . If the loss of a time sink is to much, blizzard could just make it work like a bg timer where u schedule a flight and then 2-4 mins later you get teleported to wherever you're going. Choosing to cancel would just make u lose the money u deposited for the "flight"

May 23rd 2009 11:55AM well a better way to address professions would be to add profession synergy. For example if i taking JC / Blacksmithing i would get a very small or no bonus. However if i took something like Mining / Jewelcrafting I could get a bigger bonus (assuming both professions are at a certain level).

This could be done for any number of combinations, with the best synergy combinations being reserved for taking two gathering professions. (to compensate for the fact they have the worst bonuses)

combat / make riposte work of the TTT mechanic

and since assassins usually work in teams, rogues should have good synergy with other rogues so that bringing more than one to a raid / group increases the effectiveness of both. (capped at about 3). Im thinking a base ability with a 3 min CD that lasts for 30 seconds and increases chance to hit/crit by x for each rogue in party (not raid).

Or the ability to Chain Finishers and create super finishers when rogues synchronize their finishers into combos within a 5 second window of each other. (i.e two rogues using eviscerate causes the 2nd rogues eviscerate to dmg increase, the 2nd slice and dice adds time to both rogues). this would have a diminishing bonus for each rogue (and rogues would have to be in the same party). I dont think this would be OP because it would require both rogues to coordinate their finishers and would require sub optimal arena configurations to make its full use in pvp.

Dec 31st 2008 2:29PM in theory, shouldn't you not need any addons to play the game (i know omen and dbm/bigwigs etc are a must...). But shouldn't the game be playable right out of the box.

I like the idea of HfB only losing one stack when not refreshed.

you could also make it so that your finisher critical strikes refresh HfB to its current 30 sec stack but makes that finisher cost 15 -20 energy. or slow passive energy regeneration for 2 seconds afterwards

Oct 29th 2008 2:13PM they dont need classic servers, all they need is a way to create a "classic character" kind of like how the diablo 2 expansion gave u the choice. people are going to get free lvl 55 death knights anyway

the talent trees for classic characters would be way underpowered compared to the wotlk trees, the talents would be too. the characters could be distinguished by a special dragon border (like an elite) and players could just choose to congregate with all "classic" wow characters

and one more thing that could be extended to all characters would be an option to stop gaining experience from kills. that way those characters choosing to start at lvl 55 and use the classic pre 2.0 trees could.

In order to encourage players to make classic chars, classic chars should gain a type of credit (like boj) from old school raids that can be transfered to characters on the same server for higher end gear.

The entire Role play of this could be setup through the CoT faction.
