Scattered Shots: New hunter MoP talent updates {WoW}

Feb 23rd 2012 10:15AM Actually, the warlock ability sounds more like mirror image for mages.

The Queue: Rule of Two {WoW}

Feb 20th 2012 12:42PM w00t! For the first time since Wowpedia came online, it showed up as #1 in my google search today (at least for "n'Zoth" just now) right above WoWWiki's link. 'bout time!

Wouldn't this be cool? Another draenei ship {WoW}

Feb 17th 2012 9:49AM Battlestar Galactica? That would bring WoW into the Eve territory as well as SWTOR in one fel swoop. (that's still not a bird in Hellfire Penninsula, is it?)

Looking for raid, or looking for trade? {WoW}

Feb 16th 2012 10:37AM Exactly! People were yelling at me to trade my shoulders. I was, like, Hey, these are my upgrades. If they were not, then I would have rolled greed on them. duh.

The Queue: Behind the curtain {WoW}

Feb 1st 2012 4:00PM Well, I'm not going after achivements on alts. Just in case.

I tried the link (again) in the email and reset my password to what it was and now commenting is instant and doesn't require the email validation. Sweet!

The Queue: Rolling the bones {WoW}

Feb 1st 2012 3:52PM Thanks for the advise - I followed the links to reset my password (as I did months ago) from the email, reset it to what it was before - and my next post didn't do the email requirement. sweet!

Patch 4.3.2 64-bit client now functional {WoW}

Feb 1st 2012 3:48PM Yes, and on my system I rarely see WoW utilizing more than 700 MB.

That leaves 800 MB free.

I see the same thing on my 64-bit system with 6 GB of memory. WoW is still only using around 800 MB of memory and I have several GB free.

Perhaps a true 64-bit client will "reach out" more...not too confident about that.

Patch 4.3.2 64-bit client now functional {WoW}

Feb 1st 2012 3:33PM I wonder if WoW will reach out and utilize more memory? I'm not seeing anywhere near full memory usage on my current 32-bit system and there is always plenty of memory left over for other uses. Having WoW auto-load nearby zones and instances you are going to would sure make things faster but I don't see it doing that now.

Jan 30th 2012 11:11AM So for an insider question: When's the new site supposed to arrive? Persistent logins and an instant commenting system would surely bring this site into the current century.

That being said, how exactly is the best way to use this comment system as it is today? I write a comment, get an email and press the link and nothing shows up. Sometimes I push the link again and then the comment shows up but sometimes it doesn't. I have a theory that one has click the link really fast but its just a theory. Any tips? Also the "Remember Me" doesn't really work, does it?
