Mar 20th 2012 10:39AM Still playing TOR, not interested in Kung Fu panda. WoW is done for me, been playing since it started. I am just not interested in the pokemon kung-fu panda garbage.
I'll keep playing TOR still GW2 is out tho, that game is shaping up to be my new DAoC style PVP game and I'm very looking forward to it.
Mar 19th 2012 7:51PM I thought it was down to just 2 already, wow. Sad... I enjoyed the game a lot till end-game pvp. It's a shame because the guys that made DAoC made this game and wow, did they miss what made DAoC fun.

I can name a lot of things I'd like to see or I can just use a game that recently came out with features and one that didn't. Neither are perfect.
I am not going to get in a debate on which one you liked better.

I know a very vocal group of people are against it but it really needs to be available if the server technology doesn't do something like have a single server for the entire game (which would be light years better).

UI that you can configure. Rift had it, Rift didn't have the LUA at launch (does now) but that also should be a basic feature these days. If I can't get my UI to be what I want don't expect me to play long.
When I played Rift I was just surprised how things were just there. The crafting system just worked and was intuitive.
Should it have guild banks? Probably, but it's not what the user base other than few people will bemoan missing.
What I am saying tho is if a game launches today, like games did in the past and expect people to play them and wait for all the features mmos have TODAY they are going to loose a lot of people.
Better have a configurable UI, LUA should be there. Bloody better well have LFG system and the ability to make it cross-server. Simple things like being able to swap no-drop items between players that were in the instance when you got an item but accidentally rolled need.
People take all that for granted until they are not there. Don't make us wait 6+ months for the same features we've come to expect in our mmos to be built because you wanted to push the game out.
Mar 16th 2012 5:46PM I rather enjoyed Reckoning. Great story and world to explore. Not a big fan of the "actiony" play (I tend to expect my elf to do all the jumping and dodging not me) but hoping that's not part of the MMO.
I can't imagine the game will come out this year but stranger things have happened. I mean Rift sorta just snuck up on us.
Game really needs a Rift style release with those sorta features... not SWTOR sorta features (missing lots of common mmo features) but if it doesn't have the voiced/cut-scene quest system I'll be sad. I am so done with walls of text.
