Mar 14th 2012 1:12PM I'm a holy paladin, and I approve of intellect swords. Give me a non mace option damn it!
Mar 14th 2012 9:58AM I'm digging the monk, updated models, a big new world to explore, but number one for me is the lorewalkers. I'm a lore junkie so I'm really hoping this is a cool new feature, unlike the boring addition that archeology was.
And um...the *cough*pet battles look fun.*cough*
Mar 13th 2012 3:04PM Ahn'Qiraj! Giant bug hunting is still awesome to this day. ^.^ Though I still want to ride my super fast red bug everywhere. Hell, I want to paint flames on the side to make it go even faster. :p
Mar 13th 2012 2:06PM It's quite pretty! I do hope my old macbook pro can handle it though, as I would just hate to have to buy a new computer for the expansion. :p
Mar 13th 2012 8:14AM I remember back in BC awesome times watching some of the locks in my guild seducing mobs, whilst controlling others, after dotting the heck out of the rest. I always thought, wow that would be so cool to do. So I tried it out, and found warlock just isn't for me. I'm just not a pet management type of person. I ended up going destruction just because it was "magey" and I was more used to that.
Mar 12th 2012 4:07PM Oh you are so right on profession dailies! I love that cooking and jewelcrafting get them, but where is my make some horseshoes blacksmithing daily, or make some plans to fix the loch for engineering, or whatever for every profession? And definitely have a goodie bag like they did for the BC/Wrath fishing/cooking dailies. Rare recipes and materials would be awesome.
And more mounts! I want another carpet, or a freaking submarine!
Mar 12th 2012 3:20PM My first thought goes right to Engineering. You guys had a GREAT thought with cogwheels, but you totally dropped the ball going past the first tier. (again) Let us keep upgrading helms and play with cogs and sprockets! ^.^ Also, we need more fun tools. The wormhole generator was great, but no new version in cata? Would have been great since we're porting all over creation. Also, the dang barbeque should be a permanent item. Just..because dang it.
No complaints about enchanting, jewelcrafting (other than bad luck with world drop recipes boo on bc style recipe grind), you hit on my issues with tailoring / blacksmithing and leatherworking, but I would like to add that I hate the amount of skinning I need to do to make things with leather. I swear it takes 1000 dead bears to make a pair of boots.
I would like to add that adding recipes that add multiple skill points when made is an awesome change. Please add it to lower level crafting!
Mar 12th 2012 10:14AM I'll admit my mains on both servers I play on are both healers, but I think it has less to do with me being a woman than it does getting the short straw a lot playing d&d and getting stuck with the cleric (heavy armored healer) so much that I ended up playing paladins (heavy armored healer)
Feb 1st 2012 10:31AM I started playing my holy paladin near the beginning of BC and raided with her all the way through ICC. Yet when I got to Cata heroics, the people not cc'ing, or moving out of anything vaguely harmful, or just plain old ignoring mechanics. The constant harassment finally forced me to abandon my long term main around the time troll heroics launched. Those were a nightmare, that I don't want to relive. I'd post my thoughts on raiding, but my guild broke up after the launch of cataclysm to try some other game after hating the new design.
Viva la mage!
Nov 16th 2011 12:56PM I'm going with the Sunwell poster simply on the strength of the art. Though my heart still belongs to the Ulduar raid.
