Any word or rumor on improvements to the RealID system? As of right now, there's no way to sign into my account without my friends seeing that I'm online. Sometimes (NOT always) it would be nice to just run an alt without people pestering me to go run on more dungeon or whatever. An "Appear as Offline" mode would work great for that kind of scenario (and I know I'm not the only one who wants such a feature).
As a comparison: the Steam content delivery platform has that (Online, Busy, Away, and Offline), and if other indications that I've read (rumors) prove true, Battle.net is going to try and be a competitor to that service in the next few years, so it would only make sense that they would try and have similar features.
tl;dr version: RealID is flawed, any word on upcoming changes?

I absolutely agree. There would be a greater deal of fusion and cohesion among the changes of Cata if not just the new stuff was made to be more detailed, but that suddenly everywhere, its just a bit more life-like.
