I dont see why though, I mean, most contests here in Canada already exclude Quebec which has wierd laws about them, but the rest of the country is more normal.
This contest isnt even a 'random winner' one which would require some silly skill testing question.
It is a contest based on screenshots, or essentially photos, being judged to be the best. As far as I know, there is no special regulations about that kind of contest....
Oh well, maybe I'm missing some key law that prevents prizes being given to people who are good at something.... *grumble grumble*
