Armor Set Collecting: Dungeon Set One {WoW}

Sep 10th 2010 4:40PM Dungeon Set 1 is not Class-specific, just an fyi. It's the only 8-set that isn't to my knowledge. Now D2 is class-specific and you need the correct D1 set to upgrade to it but D1 itself is not.

Protection's new talent tree {WoW}

Jul 14th 2010 6:21PM SoC is no longer in the game :( instead:
Seals of Retribution (1) Your damaging Seals now also deal 15% weapon damage each time you swing, and your Seal of Righteousness now hits up to 2 additional targets.

Jul 14th 2010 6:17PM Exo has a 10 second CD base now, so 10 sec CD for Prot and 6 sec CD for Ret. Some really cool changes so far!

Cataclysm class changes: Retribution paladin analysis {WoW}

Apr 15th 2010 4:14PM "The only problem that remains is haste, which doesn't necessarily give our holy damage the same sort of boost it gives our physical damage."

Seems to me that it would give us about the same amount of damage seeing that the more haste we have gives us more:
-Melee swings
-Seal procs (off of Melee swings)
and maaaaaybe better Seal DoT (if it works that way and if we keep that seal)

Plus if they keep that Haste->Mana Regen that we saw at Blizcon then we'll want X amount of haste anyway.

15 Minutes of Fame: Getting strict about 10-man content {WoW}

Feb 23rd 2010 9:58AM I'm in a 10 man strict guild now after doing 25s since the beginning of TBC (and 40s in Vanilla ofc) and it's been a blast! I've always loved 10 mans for the more connected feel you get with your fellow raiders. The only problem is that the progression tools that we have right now just don't cut it.

For example, GuildOx:
Great idea to put in 10 man strict but probably the worst implementation of progression tracking ever. GuildOx counts EVERYTHING as progress, not just the current tier of content. This means that a 10 man strict guild that hasn't even stepped into ICC can be ranked higher than a guild that's full cleared it based only on the fact that the non-cleared ICC guild has done all of the Ulduar 10 HMs and the cleared ICC guild hasn't. Why is it progression to do old HMs while being way overgeared? (219 content with 251s, I mean... come on!)

Another thing is that tracks both 10 man and 25 man boss kills (as opposed to just the wing down or w/e) but doesn't have a 10 man strict category. If both ideas were combined we would have the perfect system!
