The Queue: Windows 7 and the Kalu'ak {WoW}

Oct 27th 2009 9:52PM My question that i hope someone will be kind enough to answer please is regarding grid:
Recently installed it, and i have the background hidden. I have it set to 40 palyer for bgs for when i got to av, but the problem is for bgs such as wsg where there are 10 players it means the grid frame is too large. It creates a frame thats for 40 people, this is a problem as because of where i have my grid half my screen is unclickable as grid recognises it as part of the frame although its techniaclly hidden.
How can i stop it doing this/make grid distinguish between 10/40 player bgs please :) thankyou

Patch 3.2 brings some Hunter love {WoW}

Jun 18th 2009 6:29PM I notice you filed this under humor. before that i was having trouble if you were being sarcastic with the articles title.
hunter love, they think giving us the ability to play with extra traps is good? yet at the same time messing with t he actual mechanics that these traps work around.

Crusaders' Coliseum details released {WoW}

Jun 18th 2009 5:51AM now although this sound great, to me as a pvper i'm slightly disheartened by it.
when i pvp i represent my faction, but instead my gears just "scary" looking. I want my gear to represent my faction like they are doing here, but instead they have given this feature to raiders who most probably dont pvp/or dont pvp as much so the relevance i dont think is there.
many of you raiders will probably disagree with me as you want the gear, but I just dont think raiders resemble their faction as much as a pvper does, whose fighting the opposing faction as opposed to finding some instanced boss.

An interview with a scammer {WoW}

Jun 6th 2009 2:55PM no its not, infact blizzard even have tools to aid this kind of selling. supposed to be "secure" but in actual fact its just amde it easier for clever scammers, with alot more work they can still scam and with more trust as the victim believes they are covered by blizzard, but in actual fact the sammers methods are not linked to blizzard tools for this, just use "identical" methods

An interview with a scammer {WoW}

Jun 6th 2009 2:38PM I am just suprised there are sooo many people that still dont know the extent of scamming in wow. people take it to extremes, its not a small community theres hundreds, thousands, obviously some more sucesful than others. I know of many instances where scammers have resorted to contacting victims personally, though personal telephone lines etc harassing them. I wont list the website, just to stop other potential users, but a community like this is large, updates hourly with new scams and new techniques.
People from all ages do it, its not just "kids", adults, grown humans do it, they acknowledge its wrong but as long as there are victims they will carry on. As a loose comparison its like animal welfare, as long as people buy meat that has been reared inhumanely the farmers of these animals will still continue, why change if you aren't at a detrement.

This guy i am almost certain didnt create his website source, this scam is well over two years old and the website "code" has been readily avaialble for close to a year publically. All anyone needs is to host a website, use this code, slightly adapted to their needs and this scam can be repeated by anyone, doesn't require any intelligence, just a cold heart.
The same goes for email, these email templates are constantly updated by scammers to look more authentic, using exactly the same source as blizzard emails, you couldn't tell unless you look at the url. its even possible for scammers to send an email from the blizzard address, players have no control over this, aslong as scammers exist and players continue to not be belligerent, scammers will prevail.
