Apr 18th 2007 11:34AM The Rogue set is absolutely horrible. Tier 1 and 2 were great for rogues. They had a nice 'darkness' to them and made rogues look threatening and stealthy at the same time. Tier 3, Bonescythe, had a good idea to it the but the colors and theme to the chestpiece just did it in.
Tier 4 - Plastic-y Crap, really what the hell is that helm? Are they tusks?
Tier 5 - Skeletor...nuff said
Tier 6 - Whats with the beatles on the shoulders. And that helm? Is that a turtleneck? Absolutely horrible. The devs must have said: "Okay black, red, spikes, and daggers. Rogues are done"
Apr 14th 2007 11:12AM I play 2 Characters. My rogue main, and my paladin who Im working through the ranks. I am happy that all rogues will now have what Imp Sap used to give. Which allows me to be just as useful in instances and still have points to pump out dps. I do not however like the changes dealt to Paladins and especially even warriors. They nerf the class instead of buffing others. Blizz stop with the nerf bats and start changing other classes to be just as good.
Also cant say I like the new changes to elixirs and other potions. Just....meh. I dont think the potions themselves were broken at all; I think the amount required for some boss fights...are
Apr 10th 2007 10:09AM Cant say Ive ever had a problem with BM...pretty much ever. There have been some mistakes, but we run right back in there and clear it. Fun instance. Nice and short and fast paced. For me the worst instance in TBC has been some of the Coilfang instances. Not for level of difficulty but sheer boring factor. I haven't really enjoyed that place at all.
I am looking foward to the new 5 mans in the next patch. Since they are 70 only and have some new 'twists' to them as the Devs say; I think they'll be alot of fun. Hopefully Blizz does them right and keeps them interesting and not overly difficult to the point no one wants to run them either.
Apr 5th 2007 10:32AM I think if you have the time and money to invest in farming stuff to get an epic flying mount fine. I however do not want to spend 5200 gold on one. Thats just me. However...the biggest problem I have with that system is that the normal flying mounts are only 60%. If you have to have Epic riding (land mount) training to get one. I think it should at least be 100% in air. Would only be fair.. The gap between current air mounts is of a much bigger gap then the land mounts were before expansion.
Apr 1st 2007 9:15AM Er Dwarf would be the one. Sorry. Tired.
Apr 1st 2007 9:14AM I love how the gnome crafting the hat's name is "Sparta"
Mar 28th 2007 9:21AM Depends on the Situation Im in just like you mentioned. For soloing I tend to use Instant MH and Deadly OH for envenom since I have a fast offhand. Im combat spec'd so I'm more about sustained damage than burst. Instances I usually go Crippling MH and Mind Numbing off for those caster mobs. And in PVP I usually sometimes dont even bother with poisons since it changes so much and it just can waste poison.
Feb 6th 2007 5:21PM I think its already a bit off that druids dont have to pay for the first training, but I digress. Any word yet on if they'll ever balance out flying mounts and make the non-epic one 100%; since you already have to have epic riding skill?
Jan 7th 2007 12:33PM For noob gear I always wanted but never got.....Dal Rend's Tribal Guardian
For better not noob gear....Bloodfang Pants
Jan 6th 2007 11:42AM The thing I expect most about TBC on the 16th and following days is the amount of issues you'll hear from other players. Whether that be about lag, how they couldn't get all their mods to work, some people not even possibly be able to find a copy of the game. The one thing that I have noticed whenever there is an update to WoW is to expect such things. Even in small patches theres always bugs. To me, the expansion will probably (Hoping I'm wrong here) be the same way. And heres to hoping the expansion fixes some of the bugs we all know came with 2.0
