Patch 3.2: Misloot tickets to be a thing of the past {WoW}

Jun 24th 2009 5:16PM How is this different from guildy B just opening a ticket to have a GM transfer it to A?

Beware of Blood Elves selling mounts {WoW}

Jun 4th 2009 7:18PM A spectral Tiger code sells for $600 dollars plus on Ebay, trust me, nobody will sell this in game for gold, it is always a scam.

"Because I don't play" isn't an option on Blizzard's quit page {WoW}

May 29th 2009 9:45AM "I do not play anymore" or bored is covered in the "Content" option where you can select a lot of option as to why you are bored with the game...

Does nobody look at things before posting about them?

The Martin Fury scandal: Karatechop reveals all {WoW}

Apr 30th 2009 8:17PM "2 : to make use of meanly or unfairly for one's own advantage"

He made use of an item that gave him an unfair advantage over every other player in the world...

Look, yes a Gm did fuck up and sent him the wrong item, but the guy started downing bosses left right and center, no matter what he says about doing it for loot, loot was gained, and players were runing around in items they should not have had. I doubt the ban is permanent as the guy doesn't even know himself as he never got the email telling him how long the ban is for, but ultimatly it's their game, they make the rules and unless the guy is a moron, he knew what he was doing was not the way the game is supposed to be played. If I was the guy in charge of making the decisions I would have banned him too and given suspensions and final warnings to everybody in the raids, 22 people and nobody thought what they were doing was wrong?

Some people need to wake up and smell feigned ignorance.

Death Grip wormhole is a bad, bad thing {WoW}

Feb 9th 2009 9:37PM Yeah lets hope so, I bet this guy had tons of fun with it:

Teen arrested for making suicide threat to a GM {WoW}

Jan 1st 2009 4:51PM In some countries, such as France I belive where blizzard has its European HQ, if you have knowledge of somebody about to commit suicide and do nothing you can be prosecuted.

On the moral side of things, nothing is ever bad enough to warrant taking your own life and if somebody informs people before they do it generally they want to be stopped and its a cry for help.

The ethics of a botched deal, redux {WoW}

Dec 15th 2008 9:37PM I'm pretty sure the Blacksmith could have opened a Ticket to a GM and have the mats reimbursed to the customer.
