Forum post of the day: Vicarious' legend {WoW}

Aug 7th 2008 11:25AM You're totally right everyone, they're massively gimping their DPS, they'll never make it past Kil'jaeden making bonehead moves like this...

You're right too that they know nothing about game mechanics, bunch of nubs, surely any group of know-nothing scrubs can clear something like Sunwell...

Also I give my thumbs-up to all the hunters saying they'd gquit over something like this. I believe you're all in Sunwell-level guilds and if not, you're surely capable of being in a Sunwell-level guild if you really wanted to be... /cheer

Forum post of the day: Heals and heels {WoW}

Aug 3rd 2008 9:38AM Another shining example of the best and brightest that the Official WoW Forums has to offer.

Breakfast Topic: What glyphs would you like to see for your class? {WoW}

Aug 1st 2008 8:56AM Give Paladins a glyph to make our eyes glow. Like the Paladins in Warcraft 2.

Anyone know what color would fit? I've read silver, but I remember Turalyon having reddish amber glowing eyes.

[Updated] Wrath Beta patch notes: Paladin part I {WoW}

Jul 18th 2008 6:17AM Supposedly it's a high-threat Shield attack that scales with Block Value.

It's what I've heard on the forums and since it's my only source, good chance that is not accurate.

What's your first task in Beta? {WoW}

Jul 18th 2008 5:04AM I think there should be some kind of WoWInsider chat channel(even something as simple as an IRC). So those of us that stay up in anticipation of these things can talk about it instead of constantly refreshing this site and whatever forums we keep track of.

Unless there already is a chat channel somewhere and I'm just totally in the dark about it?

[Updated] Wrath Beta patch notes: Paladin part I {WoW}

Jul 18th 2008 3:26AM As I'm sure we all expected, the official Paladin forums are water-logged in tears of people saying the Paladin changes aren't enough.

To me these changes seem like a huge change to most aspects of the class, I'm pretty excited to see how it'll all play out.

It looks like Blizzard took a lot of time in figuring the best way to take care of a lot of issues Paladins have been dealing with.

Blizzard releases preview of World of Warcraft comic #9 {WoW}

Jul 15th 2008 11:29PM Thank gosh, if us killing the major lore characters isn't part of the canon, then there is actually some hope for this series past WoW.

Around Azeroth: Moist steak {WoW}

Jul 9th 2008 10:25AM I can't say for certain what this was about, but I did see it mentioned on the forums.

Some kind of joke about how Blizzard won't listen to player concerns, so the only way to get their attention now is mass-suicide.

I doubt that was it's original purpose, but I got a laugh out of it either way.

It's 12:01 a.m.: Do you know where your beta key is? {WoW}

Jul 3rd 2008 1:23AM Ok....say it is true that the Beta starts on July 3rd.

What makes people certain that it'll happen at 12:01a?

I'm assuming this is based on what's happened in the past? Did BC beta start in this way?

Ask a Lore Nerd: Faith and religion {WoW}

Jun 30th 2008 6:17AM Very nice article, I learned a lot.

You touched on it, but I'd like to emphasize one of the best things Blizz has done with the story behind The Light is that there isn't any main entity or god behind it. Just a great force of good.

Leaves the player a lot of room to have their character view The Light in whatever way they believe to be best. Also skips a lot of religious drama I've seen with other MMOs that have Priest and Paladin classes.
