That has to be the worst counter argument to Mac vs PC I've ever heard; you're essentially saying "mwa ha, look at me, I've just been ripped off!"
Granted Macs are good at what they're designed for, but they're still extortionate in terms of price compared to an equivalent windows PC.
Aug 4th 2011 8:23AM @ironneko Because no body bought and sold items for real money in diablo 2. Never. Never at all.
Not quite sure what those dodgy looking sites are doing...trading items for money? Nah, can't be. But they look trustworthy. Most Certainly its all a lie and none of those sites exist, because trading items for money never happened in Diablo 2.

Y'see, this is what we call a closed narrative...a story with a definitive beginning and end. Having free roam doesn't stop it being a rock star game, and they didn't "tried to fool us into thinking it was like a rockstar game", they just decided that was the way it should be, nothing wrong with that, not EVERYTHING has to be open ended.

Why do you hurt me so? I would kill to be able to use a musical instrument in TF2. Yes, guitar solo'd to death, bwahaha!
And really, the game is still as fun as it was, sure the new weapons and stuff make it a bit more complicated, but they don't really matter that much, mostly it comes down to a matter of preference.
And the hats shouldn't really effect things, they're just cosmetic after all, they don't effect the playing in the slightest. That and shovels have been in the game since the start :P

Yeah, you get a free month and then a free day for each day the service was down.

Bwahah, I just had to login to reply to this post.
Ah yes, the rosebud killer, the upcoming film I'm sure we've all heard about...well some of you...okay just a couplea people, but it's a start. It is however written by the house hold name Craig Everett Earl....nope me neither. Okay, it may turn out good, but don't act as if you're you're A list hollywood director/writer, you just come across as an arrogant douche.
Like the article says, we get a free month, then another free day for each day that the service is down, so yes we will be reimbursed for all the time we lost and potentially more (I'm not sure how long it's been down at this point, the only SOE game I play is DCUO, not that often though.), if they get it up soon. So long as no one's lost any money from the information theft, the only thing they owe us is lost time, which they are making up for.
On top of that we're all being offered a free year of id protection from that company. They're doing all they can, what exactly do you want; monetary compensation for stress? Sue them if you want, but if you haven't actually lost anything besides time, get of your high horse.
Sure a free game would be NICE, but I wouldn't expect it, and you're definitely not entitled to one. Besides I'm sure when you're a famous star next year, you can have all the games you want.

Seriously man, Iggy Pop not ring a bell at all? The stooges are one of the best and well known classic classic punk bands out there, and I wanna be your dog is a very well known song. Heck I'm going to see Iggy and the stooges in a couple of weeks at sonisphere, and it's going to kick ass.

I dunno, I'd say youd have a hard time winning if you just mashed random buttons in either of those gomes to be honest.

I dunno if you're British, but GAME sells it as a double(original and expansion) for £10 in their best sellers series, if not you could always try Ebay.
