Mar 30th 2012 8:38AM So who here has "I got a golden ticket" instrumental from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory ready when they get their invite?
Mar 8th 2012 11:21AM Well you inspired me to solo my mage at Karazhan.
And look what I got on the first try! :D
Feb 12th 2012 8:12PM I always had an idea for a way to revamp BC content and add a new (now) 91 to 95 map areas. After when Draenor was blown up by a portal opening gone wrong and after we kicked all the Burning Legion and Malfurion's collective butts in Outland, thing are starting to stabilize across the shattered planetscape. Until the Burning Legion returned, but on the lost piece of Draenor's shattered continent. Floating above Outland filling its shy and leaving a dark shadow across the land (Let's just call it Aboveland for now. :) ). For the Alliance it will be found that a force is already fighting against the Legion lead by General Turalyon and his now wife Alleria Windrunner (oh what would she think of her sister being the Banshee Queen? Drama~~!) who were last seen (from the Shadows & Light Warcraft RPG source book) diving into the Twisting Nether to avoid Draenor's destruction.
The revamp of Outland would be pretty much a timeline update on what has happened in Outland durring the events of Lich King and Cataclysm with some story tie ins with the Legion's invasion from Aboveland.
Jan 4th 2012 9:38PM Zul is the minion Gozer. ;-)
Oct 9th 2011 6:35PM I went back to Scarlet Monastery for Robe of Doan, the new and improved Inquisitor's Shawl, and the classic Whitemane's Chapeau, but not for revenge against the RNG gods. When I rolled a mage 3 years ago I loved the look the three pieces of gear gave my character. I was sad that I had to DE them to oblivion. Now I have grabbed them all and waiting for the good graces of Patch 4.3 to bring back Agira, the Red Mage!! (btw my mage has white hair too. :3 )
The only thing that ticked me off was not saving Frostscythe of Lord Ahune when it was still level 70 gear, because the game would not let me roll for the level 85 version. So I DE'd it in hopes of getting the new one. Oh how I wished I could moggify my staff into a scythe...
WE NEED MORE SCYTHES!!!
May 25th 2011 11:06PM There are some herbs that can mill at minimum 4 pigments per stack. But, I don't remember which since I mill only for blackfallow ink now which I trade for lower inks. Not sure about other servers but my server Ethereal Ink is very rare so Ethereal glyphs tend to be pricier.
May 23rd 2011 11:46PM Tips from a Glyph seller
If you buy your herbs for milling, remember that a stack of 20 herbs when milled will make 4 to 16 pigments. Which will created 2 to 8 inks. From that you can make 1 to 2 glyphs tops. So, if you buy a stack of 20 herbs for 20g, the glyphs you make must be worth more than 20g on the Auction House in order to make a profit. I recommend making glyphs that are going for 40g/50g and up. And make a maximum of THREE GLYPHS ONLY. My reasoning is that the glyph market goes up and down ALOT. And if you make a huge stack, lets say 10, by the time you sell 5 glyphs the price of that glyph might dropped by 90%. Also when making 3 or less of one type glyph you will sell out quicker and may dodge a huge price drop in the long run.
Have an alt or your bank toon buy your herbs. Then, separate each herb by type and mail each type separately. This way when your inscriptionist receives the herbs you have better control at what you want to mill first and not over load your bags.
May 15th 2011 12:56AM Maybe when targeting an enemy that cannot be stun it resets its CD? That way its a 6 sec CD for PvP, but when used to removed a Boss's stacked buffs you can spam.
Mar 19th 2011 2:05AM Profession maker only enchants work on Shoulders and Cloaks. The shoulder enchants from Inscription works and the Embroidery from Tailoring works on heirloom cloaks.
BUT, before you start having your main toons enchant them for your alts, they ONLY activate if your alts share the same level in the required profession.
Also, I have been selling old world enchantment scrolls since the invention of vellum. Weapon Healing Power I consider better to make than Spellpower due to the mats tend to be easier and cheaper to obtain.
Agility to 1h weapons are VERY hard to get at the moment as Essence of Air drop rate has really plummet since Cataclysm has came out. Expect to see Essence of Air going for 100+ gold on some servers.
Strength to 1h weapons I consider better than Crusader as Crusader's effect drops once you level past 60. Also getting Righteous Orb are either rare on the AH or cost more than they should on some servers.
Healing Power to Bracers. I know there is no heirloom bracers, but I usually can sell these pretty good. Why stop at +29/+30 Spellpower on your weapon when you can add +15 more on your bracers? Its a big boon for low level casters.
Mar 7th 2011 2:54AM Well my point was that Nozdormu might be trying to change the heroes's history. Those heroes that might kill Nozdormu survived the Northrend War otherwise our characters would be dead. But, if you removed certain elements from history our characters would never had the need to rise up for saving Azeroth or some might be on another Planet under Burning Legion rule. Tirion himself use the Argent Tournament to find those heroes that could attack the Citadel. Before that they were the slayers of Onyxia (or were, Damn you WoW Comics), the killers of Illidan Stormrage, defeaters of Malygos, twice Old God smasher, and even repealed Kil'jaeden the Deceiver. From these events these heroes gain strength, knowledge of combat tactics, spell, and great epic gear. To Nozdormu he sees his future's end at the hands of these heroes. Damn the reason for why they must slay him. He must live to ensure Azeroth's past, present, and future.
