Just head towards cary (west) and jump on the belt line headed north.

Oct 8th 2008 12:47PM Interesting that no one responded to the earlier link I posted.
You write alot of really amazing and sometimes inspirational post's Rossi, the why I play a warrior post almost got me to be emotional. Writing anything about WotLK fury abilities or talents though makes us weep. Blizzard has ripped warrior hearts out with the TG changes and the lackluster talents in the tree.
Broken classes/specs in pvp are certainly frustrating, but hearing any information about arms warrior pvp is interesting. The flow of warrior pvp info is a trickle out of the beta. Just hearing how warriors are being locked down or trivialized would make for some great reading. Subjecting yourself to silliness by fighting DK's and Ret Pally's is not something I'd ask.
I'm also fairly worried that blizzard won't fix Retribution Paladins before release.

You'll find the actual dps'er responding on page three. Unless rolling deep wounds gets nerfed then there will never be any reason to go fury.
Feb 8th 2008 6:25PM WOW, Rossi, I read that article to my g/f out loud to try and get her to understand why I continue to play my warrior and world of warcraft.
Honestly the warrior class inspires the people who play and love it to be some hard charging bastards !
Some responses to what I've seen. In my guild we have druid tanks, pally tanks and warrior tanks. We don't really c are who tanks what. Min/Maxing based on class for raid comp as far as tanks go only happens on fights where mechanics EXCLUDE one tanking class from being able to do it. Whereas we grab whatever tank wants to go and roll with it. I personally love tanking with a paladin friend of mine, since we roll trash without stopping. We will have him start a pull and then I will continue them tanking the dps targets while he holds everything else. So far in Kara we pull from boss to boss without stopping using this method. I think people need to stop focusing on negatives like Rossi brings up in this article and find ways to create synergy like spriest/warlock fun. Overall this will make your wow experience easier and more fun. Don't hate the TANK.
One thing though, is that I have started leveling a gnome warrior, even though I already have a 70 human warrior. My 70 is in epics for tanking and pvp, I've just become frustrated with spending money and time trying to gear him to do 2 different things, i'm constantly broke trying to pvp enough to stay current with my arena team and run raids and instances to gear my tank gear. I absolutly love both pvp and tanking though, so the human will stay tank and the gnome will pvp. I wish it didn't have to be like this and maybe with the deathknight I'll change one of my warriors to it, but I doubt it.
Warriors are the best thing ever!
Jan 11th 2008 11:41AM I dunno, I play a 70 warrior and i'm leveling a shaman alt. Up until about a month ago i had no respect for enhancement shamans in pvp. But guys its changing, enhancement shaman's are getting the gear they need and once again are eating faces. Honestly because shaman's have so many abilities its overlooked that they are almost as gear dependent as warriors.
A warrior in full pvp gear is hard to kill, and kills, same thing i'm finding with enhancement and elemental shamans that are geared. Dev's probably know exactly how much shaman's scale with gear and were unable to improve them much more without creating a class imbalance in another 2 months.
Remeber shamans before tbc came out ? When they were all epic'd out? Faces fell off, no question about it. I remember though my first character was a rogue, and at level 50 killing a 60 shaman in the first months of the game because his gear was crap, and rogue skills just made up for it.
It's frustrating as hell to play a gear dependent class, I know, being a warrior blows till you get all purpley. However you just have to know what your getting into. It's a valid way to design a game to have classes that are based on completely different ways of power structures.
Jan 4th 2008 7:22AM Eh, Leave off, the horde blow in the first place!
Seriously though, I wonder how long it took to get just those three viewpoints, think about how flighty we all are ingame.
Also, maybe the next column is planned to be interviews of all horde ? Don't just flame these people.
