Granted, there we're plenty of other things that attributed to his kick, but damn if that didn't piss me off enough to finally do it

Nov 30th 2008 8:05PM Yes, there is a way to switch, I actually went and did it myself about an hour ago, you need to kill Artruis the Heartless (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=28659 ) in a cave, at 30% she goes immune, and the 2 frozen npc's near her will unfreeze and start killing you, just kill the one of the frenzyheart tribe, Artruis will become attackable again, just kill her, talk to the oracle npc, and there you go!
Also, once you get exalted with your respective faction, doing this will get you the achievement very easy
