Sep 11th 2011 9:29PM Actually, Prayer of Healing can be alternated between group one and group two by a disc priest. This covers all 10 party members with alternating heals. It also generates Divine Aegis bubbles and with Glyph of PoH, a heal over time component.
Under certain circumstances, this is very effective, and produces a lot of healing throughput.
Aug 19th 2011 11:27AM You have to wait one hour to get your money, then transfer it back. Also, you would lose 15% buying the item, then another 15% transfering the money back.
Most people at that point would rather just buy fast and take the risk.
Aug 19th 2011 9:29AM I have both my account and son's open and ready. I preload the search on my son's account so that I can search for and buyout my auction as fast as I post it.
The other option when simply moving profits over to your other faction alts (still need to utilize a second account) is to put up a junk item like food for a very high price like 15k. You eat the AH fee, but there is no risk of sniping.
Apr 8th 2011 11:59PM You forgot to mention the cost that keyloggers impose. It's not just the virtual gold they steal. Along with taking your wow userid and password, they can take the credentials to your online bank account, email account, or any other site you log into. There's also the lost productivity of slowed computers and wrecked hard drives.
It's against the terms of service, wrecks in game economies, and takes away the joy of having earned a reward. There's no win here for the player, just the criminals who steal your stuff, then charge someone else to buy it.
Oct 12th 2009 10:44AM Wonderful work. That's something to be really proud of.
Sep 4th 2009 1:39PM If Blizzard detects a virus or keylogger, they should not take you to the signon screen. Instead, they should provide imediate, on screen information with the name of the infected file and other links to help you resolve it. This way they stop you from entering your credentials until the problem is resolved (no matter how long it takes), and they help you to identify the threat so that you can take action.
