Jun 4th 2008 1:22PM Correct.
Twink is a gay guy, who is being "supported" by an older gay guy.
The same way, a twink alt is usually supported (by money or otherwise) by your high level main.
Mar 31st 2008 1:01PM A little off-topic, but still a somewhat similar situation.
So, I was in this guild, supposedly casual, but still raiding Kara regularly, making progress, too. I didn't have the time to raid, and wasn't on too much either (RL stuff)
Still, there was usually a good atmosphere, I had a few actual friends, and all in all, everything was real nice.
So, one morning I log on, see that I have mail, and found a nice lil letter from the GM - of another guild, saying how he's sorry about the gdisband. Only then did I check (noob, I know) under my name: no guild tag. WTF? I was totally shocked. Asked around: there weren't enough healers previous day, and the GM decided (?) he'd had enough. /gdisband.
I've been in the guild of the GM who sent a letter ever since, with a few ex-guildmates, and it's real nice - which makes me fear: what if it happens again? Is it... is it supposed to? :*(
Mar 30th 2008 3:02AM You just have to get someone to fly over him, and kite him away for a few secs. I suppose you can get the vine then - unless he volleys.
Actually, I've had some fun with this: aggro him, he volleys, I drop aggro by flying higher = a few dead questers.
Cuts down on the competition :P
Mar 29th 2008 3:39PM I absolutely adore this fight.
Well, the reason might be that I've never done it in heroic... but still. :P
Never had any actual problems with them, never wiped here - must have been luck. (that's including getting the warlord every single time)
The group usually had a fair amount of CC, we set up a kill order, we kited - and, of course, we always screwd it up. :P
We were never able to kill the healers first, some misplaced AoE broke my sheep every 5 secs, and there seemed to be a threat table - well, everyone always went for the healer.
Still, through some heroic (hehe) effort, that one fear, or the emergency elemental, we always managed to take them all down.
Of course, I might be so happy merely because Kael finally gave me that phoenix hatchling of his (quite surprising, after all the grown up ones I've kited 'round the room :P )
Mar 27th 2008 8:45AM Arrgh, why?
There are, like, 3 EU realms offline and guess what, mine is one of them. :(
I knew I should've rolled on a PvP server, they have less problems, it would seem
Mar 22nd 2008 3:24PM Jaina FTW!
(I play both horde and alliance, btw...)
Jan 31st 2008 9:30AM Woot! Go Hungary! :P
Actually, they've drawn the covers of some books for a friend's publisher.
(ok, that sentence wasn't exactly English, but w/e)
Jan 2nd 2008 1:27PM Funny...
Yeah, a kid here. Though a girl... don't know if that matters, really.
You see, in my opinion, this is (just a little) like racism. Please proceed to call me stupid and immature, and accuse me of accusing others.
But still: you think that because some kids have problems, all of us do? The way I see it, it is a lot like a situation, where "a gypsy stole my mother's purse, so now I hate them all".
I might have got it wrong, of course... just my 2 cents. :P
