Cinemassively: Tauren Pool Party {Massively}

Jul 13th 2008 7:42PM Hey, that's my guild! Relax you three, we were just goofing around.

Thanks, Moo Money, for the mention. :) Much of the guild had congregated for a WAN party the evening that that happened. After a few instances, helping people level, and lots of grinding, it was a fun way to wind down.

Breakfast Topic: Attractive men {WoW}

Jan 8th 2008 10:15PM @Pike: Actually, the reason he sounds like Worf is because it's the same actor. :) That *is* Worf! Well, Michael Dorn.

Around Azeroth: A mushroomy sunset {WoW}

May 3rd 2007 10:30PM Actually, I think that's taken from where the Sporeggar have their baby field. I forget what it's called but it's where their podlings can grow up, and it's named something a lot classier than "baby field," but I forget exactly what. It's in the southwest part of Zangarmarsh, and when you go in there, the sky turns into those lovely shades of purple and red.

Build Shop: Mage 40/0/21 {WoW}

Apr 17th 2007 9:30PM Ha, nice Order of the Stick reference, "Xykon." :)

Around Azeroth: Inside the Dwarven District {WoW}

Dec 7th 2006 7:42PM As we've discussed on Cenarius, the Dwarven District is L.A. Smog as soon as you enter.

The Frustrations of Uldaman {WoW}

Aug 4th 2006 8:45PM I have to agree that Uldaman can be a pain (I mostly avoid pick-up groups, and all because of the really, horribly bad, just utterly terrible experience I had with one in Uldaman), but I had fun with it because I usually went with guildies, some of whom had been through there before. I consider it the "makes you appreciate the folks you get along with" instance.

Screenshots Suppressed on Flickr? {WoW}

Jun 15th 2006 3:01PM Also, Multitap ( is attempting to be a photo hosting service specifically for game screenshots, but I think they have a ways to go yet.

Screenshots Suppressed on Flickr? {WoW}

Jun 15th 2006 12:53PM This isn't a sudden change in Flickr's policy, it's been this way for quite a while now. I've seen it come up with people uploading screenshots of stuff on the web or design comps they've made.

One method of evading NIPSA status that's been discussed in the past is flagging any screenshots you upload as "may offend." That prevents them from showing up in broader searches. Don't know how that worked out for people, though.

More Competition for WoW from E3 {WoW}

May 19th 2006 2:17PM Would you count the Africa MMO (info at and no, I'm not affiliated with them)?
