The OverAchiever: Guide to Brewfest 2010 achievements {WoW}

Sep 17th 2010 8:50AM As always with Achievement Guides, it would be helpful to mention any level requirements or similar restrictions. For example, there's no point in level 20 characters buying and eating Brewfest foods since they aren't able to consume the higher-level ones.

Breakfast Topic: Harvest Festival begins today {WoW}

Sep 17th 2010 8:37AM I like the ideas for some farmers-helper quests in Wesftall. Could be fun.

Of course, we'd need some equivalent quests for the Horde in their teen-level agricultural zone, which is... errr.....

You know, the zone with all the Horde farms and Horde farmer NPCs....

Hmm. Maybe not.

All the World's a Stage: Pop culture and its impact on roleplay {WoW}

Sep 6th 2010 11:20AM Just make sure your character works with or without getting the pop-culture reference.

I've got a Draenei death knight who became that way because she stupidly followed her boyfriend into undeath because "their souls were united, and nothing else mattered."

Her boyfriend's name was Edvaard. And in twilight, he sparkled.

WoW.com Guest Post: From manners to mechanics: Five tips for DPS in heroics {WoW}

Feb 10th 2010 1:58PM I'm proud to say that on my hunter, I have NEVER pulled aggro away from the tank...

Because my DPS absolutely sucks.

Breakfast Topic: Never Gonna {WoW}

May 2nd 2009 12:03PM "You sorta do have to like Raiding to have fun with World of Warcraft."

STRONGLY disagree. I've never done any raiding and don't plan to, and yet I'm having lots of fun with the game, doing quests and RP-ing with my guild.

Breakfast Topic: Never Gonna {WoW}

May 2nd 2009 9:13AM I have plenty of these, often for roleplaying purposes.

I leveled a tauren warrior to 70 without ever using Berserker stance or any of the Fury abilities; they didn't suit her notions of calm and control.

Meanwhile, my Feral druid is an herbalist who never picks Peacebloom; she's allergic to the pacifist little flower.

My Hunter will only take reptiles as pets. Ferocity, Cunning, etc., doesn't matter, but they have to be reptiles, as do all her companion pets.

I have a "reformed" troll priest who's so devoted to Holy Light that she never uses any Shadow spells, not even the basic Shadow Word: Pain.

And in general, I don't bother with the PVP stuff--but that's just because it doesn't interest me.

Spiritual Guidance: Level 1 to 5 on your new Priest {WoW}

Feb 3rd 2008 9:59PM APPLAUSE. This is the sort of hand-holding a brand-new player needs when they're first starting out. Well done.

Remember, folks; not EVERYONE has been doing this for years already. Not every article can be about endgame raiding. Remember the new players too.

From PvE to PvP, my first 15 levels {WoW}

Jan 27th 2008 1:36PM PvP is for teenage punks, jerks, and losers. As a fellow PvE-er, I can assure you--you haven't been missing a thing. PvP is beneath us.

Blood Pact: Looking back at Locks {WoW}

Jan 8th 2008 10:56PM "Oh, and since they can kill my totems in one hit, how about I kill their pets?"

Great idea! So you'd be okay with warlocks being able to deploy multiple pets at once, right? Just to keep things balanced....

15 Minutes of Fame: Noor the pacifist {WoW}

Jan 8th 2008 10:41PM Why on earth would that bother you? Just because it's EASIER to level up by killing things doesn't mean everyone has to do it that way.

I applaud the creativity, as well as the moral stance.
