May 2nd 2010 12:36AM Just because you're running it with scrubs doesn't make it harder; it just means you should find some non-loser friends. (Hint: what you call "experience" is actually the ability to comprehend game mechanics.)
Apr 14th 2010 2:43PM Speaking as a language snob: $*%# off.
Sometimes the short words express us best.
Mar 13th 2010 12:46AM Well, it's because you don't want to waste any of that blood by making it drip out onto the ground, see. You want to use it all up.
Mar 1st 2010 7:19PM And, of course, everything talked about at BlizzCon comes fully and exactly to the game as shown. How're you liking that dance studio?
Feb 22nd 2010 1:38AM Actually, at least in the US, quite a few servers only make a wage if tipped.
Feb 4th 2010 10:02AM It's nice that Arthas has taken up crafting in his spare time, and has thoughtfully glued (or bedazzled?) some skulls, evil goat heads and fur trim to these weapons, as well as "corrupting" them by making them all look universally dull. I suppose you'd want to pass the time somehow; leading the Scourge and popping up in questlines across Northrend probably doesn't require too much concentration.
Regardless of that, if you can point out to me where exactly the Royal Seal is (yes... even under the corruption) on that mace, I would be greatly obliged. Or show me where there's room for the TL;DR on Mithrios. Or point out the runes encircling the head of Antonidas's staff.
It's ridiculous to have this flavour text when the flavour doesn't match the weapon - they could've gone with some really nice, dramatic modelling with obvious Scourge corruption (perhaps more "Plaguelands", less "I'm making a fur bikini and decided what to do with the scraps"). Or they could've left the interesting flavour text out and just had the weapons drop.
If the weapon models change much, I'll be astounded.
Jan 13th 2010 12:46AM Oh, for the sake of little green apples: you are exactly the kind of hunter that gives us the name of huntard.
If I was lucky enough to be in a group with you, rest assured that I'd be popping MD on YOU right, left, and centre - followed by a swift votekick to the ass.
May all your repair bills be ruinous.
Dec 30th 2009 2:04PM Astonishing; I completed heroic HoR with guildies and flawlessly executed the alcove strategy, possibly because we understood the concept of "corner" and "standing in the". Complicated, I know.
Nov 24th 2009 2:14PM Oh, quite right! A dated parody of Zork is astonishing literature, worthy of being hailed down the mossy centuries as a paragon of its time - at least, to the kind of gibbering mind that thinks that one can find the ne plus ultra of culture in Family Guy and Rob Schneider's fine body of work.
Sir, I salute you for making the human race a few billion brain cells stupider. And to the original author: congratulations for whinging at the same literary standard as the rest of your 'art'.
Jul 29th 2009 12:12PM Oh, for fuck's sake - it's a Breakfast Topic, not a "wah, I put on Heirloom Shoulders and now everything's too easy". It requires some basic application of critical thought to comprehend that the post is asking for people to comment on similar situations in which they felt they were getting through the game too easily.
Some people are too stupid to be permitted to breathe, honestly. (That's you. Wanted to make sure the failure of your ability to contextualize, interpret and comprehend wouldn't get in the way of a good insult.)
