Nov 8th 2008 2:23PM ok, I really do honestly try to see peoples' arguments when something changes in game. No really I do. But, I don't see the down side of this. Took me a couple days to get used to but I see no reason to complain. The only downside I can see is if you are pulling something in a group and the pet takes off right behind your bullet/arrow. I keep my pets on passive in instances anyway so that is not an issue for me.
As far as "wanting more control" of your pet.. well, I have an action bar with nothing but new pet skills for all 5 of my pets now. Seems like plenty of control. The dynamics of the hunter class changed a lot with the addition of the pet changes and we all had to get used to the changes after using pets the same way for 4 years. It added a lvl of difficulty (for lack of a better word) and increased the learning curve. Now, you have to have a dash of skill to play a hunter to full effect. I don;t know about everyone else, but I got really tired of every nub and their brother making hunters and being bad at it when I played one since launch and pushed myself to master the class.
Anyway, just my opinion. I wish people would complain about something that needs to be complained about and stop worrying when something gets changed.. be it good bad or does not matter.
