Sep 2nd 2008 8:04AM I'm looking forward to better grammar
Mar 30th 2008 1:50PM It's really sad that shmups are being released on XBLA, they should be released on a japanese console. I would never buy a Microsoft console so if it gets exclusive games that's a bad thing for me.
I can understand that Microsoft is paying a lot of money for shmups and jRPG exclusives to try to get the console to sell in Japan, but enough already.
Mar 18th 2008 6:15PM I never took any AI character along with me in Fallout, I chose not to because I prefer to play as one character and I didn't see any benefit to having to babysit an AI retard.
And yes D&D was made to be played as a group since it each person controlled one character with a DM leading. Much like playing instances in WoW, but without the DM. The problem is when the AI controls the characters, or when games introduce far too many characters. Games where you can have 4 characters in a party often have loads more to choose from at any one time, making it confusing and overwhelming. Many later FF games have this problem.
As long as the battles are turn-based and you only have as many characters in the game as the party allows I'm fine with it. But AI controlled characters in an action RPG is just so unnecessary!
Mar 18th 2008 6:00PM I agree. What is it with japanese RPGs always having parties? Why not a jRPG where you play as one character and one character alone. Works fine in western RPGs like the masterpieces Fallout 1 & 2. Especially in action RPGs it would be fine with one character.
Mar 12th 2008 9:00AM It's a Tension Sheet game! But why isn't it red? :/
Mar 10th 2008 3:43PM As much as I hate Mark Wahlberg this might make the movie watchable. Mila Kunis sure is watchable in general!
Mar 3rd 2008 10:49AM What would these villians be then?
Mar 2nd 2008 6:17PM I would say that there's a higher probability of a member of the kids family knowing wether he got the console or not, than some bloggers who probably know nothing about the incident and just want to get hits.
Mar 2nd 2008 3:21PM I sure as hell trust the description on Youtube more than the spin doctors on Engadget trying to rally people for nothing.
