Jul 20th 2008 1:59PM Bummer. I don't trust Curse so it looks like manual updating from wowinterface for me. Shame that WoW Ace couldn't stay around, that was the best addon solution I have seen.
Jul 17th 2008 2:48PM Glad to see that Warhammer is already improving WoW. Too bad Blizzard waited so long to give us some new features like this.
Jul 8th 2008 11:22AM Perfect time to remove gnomes from the game entirely.
Jul 8th 2008 11:17AM I can't fathom how you can have 4 70s and be lacking 5,000 gold. I have 3 70s and they all have epic flyers and I'm sitting on several thousand gold only a couple of weeks after buying the 3rd. Take a little time to manage your money, use the AH wisely, and get at least 1 gathering profession on your 70s.
Jul 8th 2008 11:03AM Unless you are getting into raiding, 'endgame' is pretty boring. I've mostly parked my 70s for now and I am working on leveling alts.
At times, leveling alts gets a little dull since we have very little new leveling content, but you can make it more enjoyable by playing with different specs, twinking, competing with a friend to see who can level fastest and so on.
Jul 8th 2008 10:52AM I think the forums were somewhat useful a couple of years ago, but I never go there anymore. If there is a noteworthy blue post, it will be posted here on WoW Insider.
If you want helpful information, there are much better places to find it- like any other fan/player site.
Jul 7th 2008 2:52PM Not working. Must be getting hammered by the massive wow insider audience.
Jul 7th 2008 10:54AM I've switched mains a couple of times, but I've never been serious about end game (nothing beyond 5 mans for me) so it doesn't really matter how well geared I am. I seem to have the most fun learning new classes, running a few instances, and fooling around with pvp at 70.
I should have 6 classes to 70 by the time WoTLK hits so I'll have a large pool to choose from for my next 'main'.
Jul 7th 2008 10:33AM Yes! Newer players are getting screwed by missing lots of great content. But Blizz has to keep adding end game stuff for that tiny, vocal majority who wants it.
Jul 7th 2008 10:19AM Give me heroic old world instances (or any level adjustment settings to make them replayable) and I would never miss the Outlands. Except for Caverns of Time, but those are in the old world, so again, Outlands can be forgotten in my book.
The majority of Outlands really just was not enjoyable. Nothing up the quality of most old world zones.
