Breakfast Topic: Fickle loot table, I stab at thee {WoW}

Dec 16th 2009 9:00AM I have ran Forge of Souls on my Hunter every single day since patch.

In every single run without fail I have seen

Blood Weeper and Mord'rather robes drop from Devourer of Souls. Every. Single. Run.

I seen Nighttime drop off Bronjahm every run but one where he dropped a healing necklace instead.

Very odd indeed

Death to spell power plate {WoW}

Aug 11th 2009 5:13PM I'd rather not run into a Holy Pala capable of outhealing nearly everything 'AND' able to dish out sick DPS.

Arcane Brilliance: More questions than answers {WoW}

Jun 28th 2009 6:15AM Agreeing with Coldbear too.

Even when the article agrees with the Q&A it does so through QQing about something.

So many of the complaints about Mages and what they didn't answer have already been dealt with in other Blue posts.

Exploring Azeroth with quest icons on the map {WoW}

Jun 26th 2009 7:49AM @kabshiel

What so illiterates aren't allowed to enjoy the game too? What about those with dyslexia or other reading difficulties? You think they enjoy not being able to read quest text properly?

For some this change is a convenience, for others it's usability like the color blind mode, it opens up the entire game for them.

The truth about Authenticators [Updated] {WoW}

Jun 10th 2009 8:40PM I'd assume if someone phoned up and did the "Authenticator broke /sadface please disable it" the person on the other end would ask for the serial code on the back of the authenticator.

PopCap's addons are obfuscated, Blizzard is OK with that {WoW}

May 4th 2009 5:57PM That was my first thought. They wouldn't want Peggle's source code being made open like that. Even if Blizz said it's okay to obfuscate just for keeping their source secret, I'd be ok with that.

UPDATE: Blood of Gladiators Loot Card EU giveaway {WoW}

Apr 15th 2009 6:54AM YOU ARE NOT PREPARED!

Blizzard did the wrong thing with Ulduar-10 emblems {WoW}

Apr 10th 2009 3:22PM Emblem of Honour gear is ilev 200
Emblem of Valor is ilev 213
Emblem of Conquest is 226

It's not half a tier, it's a full tier between each.

Blizzard did the wrong thing with Ulduar-10 emblems {WoW}

Apr 10th 2009 1:27PM No everyone wouldn't be happy. People would still be complaining that the 10 man badge loot is less than the 25 man. Or they would be whining how that Valor gear is inaccessible to 10 man raiders.

"It’s not QQ when you’re RIGHT."

It's QQ cause it's wrong.

Blizzard did the wrong thing with Ulduar-10 emblems {WoW}

Apr 10th 2009 1:19PM Would you like some cheese with your whine?

You're obviously missing the point.

If you stuck to 10 man raiding you only EVER got to see Emblems of Honour gear. Now when you do 10 man Ulduar you get Emblem of Valor gear, one tier higher, which is exactly where you would be. From ilev 200 up to 213(ish).

If you stuck to 25 man raiding your best gear came from Emblems of Valor (ilev 213) now when you go up to 25 man Ulduar you get the next tier up (226ish).

It's really not difficult to work out, nor is it unfair. Both styles of raiding are getting access to badge gear one tier higher than before.
