Nov 10th 2010 3:27PM Very nice. This was copied and pasted by me for future reference.
Jun 28th 2010 1:59PM What depresses me most about this issue is that it is SO not a new problem. It's only that something they did with 3.3.5 allows even MORE memory leakage so that we hit the 2GB limit faster than before the patch. I have been seeing this problem for a year or slightly more. Since the patch so many more people with higher end systems are seeing the problem that FINALLY it's being actually recognized. I might finally be able to turn my settings back up to Ultra again if they actually deal with this.
Jan 21st 2010 2:47PM except that it doesn't include Skoll, Arcturis, or any of the mobs that drop the pets
Dec 8th 2009 6:18PM not that anyone wants to hear it, but I've been on for 2.5 hours now. Not that it's done me any good. Arcturis is nowhere to be found. Period. There's two hunters here (incdling me) and we've search GH up and down with targetting macros and nothing.
I also targetting the other rares. Nothing.
I think things are borked to some degree.
Nov 2nd 2009 9:45AM Hah! Funny, I like how the article says "it all got fixed" when that is patently false. Even after the hotfix, the Day of the Dead buff that turns you into a skelly w/sombrero disappeared as I zoned (I was just flying) between Borean Tundra and Dragonblight. In addition, if you lost your marionette from before the hotfix they didn't give it back to you unless you opened a ticket (which I did on one of my toons, but not the other, since I hoped they'd REALLY fix it). My personal opinion is that this was poorly done, badly "fixed" and disappointing.
Nov 1st 2009 10:14AM I would have liked this a lot more if it worked better. The buff went away on my toon the first time he died. The pet and extra bread vanished when I hearthed home to Dalaran on my second toon. Seriously, that's just stupid. I never even got to HAVE the macabre marionette on my second toon, was planning on running around dalaran with it, only to find it gone.
Feb 3rd 2009 10:12AM Wow the hate for twinks surprises me. Different people play the game in different ways and have different levels of skill. Calling twinks cheaters, implying they have no skill at PVP.. seriously, that's all you have time to do is belittle people who enjoy crafting a twink character and spending the time to gear out as well they can? Honestly, it reflects FAR more poorly on the people who insult twinks than the twinks themselves.
