Mar 13th 2009 10:23PM The Juggernaut talent is a buff for both trees, as fury still has its instant intercept cd reset.
This will help alot for rage starvation for arms in pvp too, mostly when fighting priests.
And keep in mind that arms can still intercept too, so overall, a massive buff for pvp arms
Jan 27th 2009 1:52PM Only time he casted was when they were disoriented or stunned. Plus, he always had his cooldowns (blast wave, dragon's breath) up.
I'm always very critical of pvp videos. Usually people only showcase fights where they get a lucky string of crits, or when they vastly outgear or counter a class. Especially with the current pvp imbalances.
Jan 26th 2009 1:04PM Personally, all this video says to me is, "wow, mages are seriosuly op"
I wish I could just blink around and use instant casts and actually kill people, unlike on my priest and warlock.
Dec 16th 2008 9:09PM As a disc priest, I really enjoy healing bear druids, because of the way my heals work and the synergy they have with the talent rapture. The more effective my heals are, the more mana I get back. Hopefully this buff will make for more feral druids, specifically the tanking kind.
Plus fairly geared druids in epics are hitting 50k health raid buffed, which honestly, makes them fine in my opinion. The extra damage they take isn't very bad when they have such a health buffer.
Dec 14th 2008 9:18PM As someone who was holy, and switched to disc before the nerf was even a thought, I'm not very sad or suprised. Prayer of Healing is still an extremely effective aoe heal, but it is party only.
My guess is that much more people will go disc now, for it brings grace and imp. ds, , and you still have prayer of healing, which can be glyphed to be just as potent. As for instant casts..... Glyphed Holy Nova, just people will have to get closer.
Oct 17th 2008 1:43PM I noticed this when I tried to put my captured firefly up on the ah. But I tested selling it through the trade window, which can still be done. Trade channel is the way to sell cards/pets now I guess....
Sep 9th 2008 7:43PM As a I have a gnome rogue on the beta, this screenshot makes it look cool. Try to words, floating in awkward directions half-a-gnome-body length away from the hands. Kinda annoying when 3 or 4 gnome are sitting and wailing on the target dummies in Dalaran sewers. But funny nonetheless.
Aug 13th 2008 7:06PM And all hunters shall rule the world with their simultaneous evasion/clos. Sigh, think this will make more people roll hunters.
Jul 5th 2008 2:42PM The mage-warlock comparison is correct, warlocks due produce more single target and aoe dps at this point in the game. PvP wise, both classes are rather durable in my opinion. Warlock's are survivable; with a healer behind them. Assuming equal gear level in a 1v1, a warlock will almost always lose to a rogue. The comment that mages die quietly to rogues it an utmost lie, because I have played a geared mage in pvp, and to be able to blink out of stuns is ludicrous imo. If a warlock's trinket is down, then he eats it. And hard. Plus you can kill a warlock's pet, reducing both the survivability and dps of sl/sl locks. Mages can become invulnerable for however many seconds ice block lasts, and then do it 30 secs later if they wish. But damn that CloS. :\
Jul 1st 2008 8:26PM Stoneform Power! About time a dwarf racial got a buff. Kinda.
