May 18th 2008 10:02PM In an Arena match, the very first thing we scope out is gear.

Hit the nail on the head there. S1 shoulders are the only piece of gear imo that doesn't say much about someones total ilvl, any random newb can run in to a bg for a day or two and get them.

On top of that, anyone who plays any class knows who they can beat most of the time. I think this is how blizz should balance pvp. If one class can almost guarantee themselves a win vs more than say 4 classes, some changes should probably be made. I play a warlock, and I know my strengths, as well as weaknesses, and I always try to play to them.

Anyone who has leveled 60-70 should know who they can and can't beat.

But I must say, as sl/sl, Warlocks list of people they can't beat grows smaller and smaller :] . But damn those dirty rogues.

Oh, and Part 1 must means theres at least a part 2 coming. I can't wait.

Mar 6th 2008 4:14PM On the PTR, i have noticed, with enough people at the vendor, namely Draenei and Tauren, espeicially those with big shoulder, can block those tiny goblins. Multiple tauren druids in boomkin, on raptors = sigh..

Feb 13th 2008 11:20AM Also it makes it much easier for people who just hit 70 to get some pvp gear, especially those who don't win bgs very often. Maybe this will even spur some more world pvp? If the same 5 people are fighting each other over and over at say...Lakeshire, then wouldn't it actually be fairly rewarding?

Feb 6th 2008 10:20PM This lunar festival sucks thus far on Kil'Jaeden, because someone started the AQ opening quest chain and summoned eranikus and all the phantasms. Damn mobs are all over the zone, destroying every body in sight.

Jan 24th 2008 5:50PM Another great summoning trick is to grab a few friends, any level really, but I guess 30+ would be best, load up on some shards, and head to the gurubashi arena. /who someone lvl 15-20 and tell em youll run them through rfc/vc/sfk, and invite and summon them. /kick em and let the fun ensue. Those handy undead mobs are just across the street so you can load up on soul shards as well. :D
