Mar 16th 2010 8:27AM I never win anything... Make my day, WoW.com.
Feb 27th 2010 7:38PM Not sure if this has been posted yet, but this was generally received positively.
And it's sister project:
Both deal heavily with "What happens after the Lich King falls" specifically how it relates to WPL and Strath.
Jan 16th 2010 12:29AM Hmm.... Maybe Warlocks will be able to forcibly summon a being of light, as a sort of temporary healer pet that's shackled to your evilness. You torture the heck out of the little bugger and force him to do your bidding before you're forced to release him (or destroy him so he can't get loose and turn on you).
Not that Warlocks need a way to heal, but... it's fun to think about.
Jan 8th 2010 1:30PM @ Kragragh: Perhaps the Collector's Edition Authenticator will be back-lit, while the regular Cataclysm box is simply the standard authenticator.
Something else no one has mentioned; If Blizzard chooses to ship an Authenticator with every copy of Cataclysm, they'd very likely save a lot of money by producing in bulk. It's pretty much a win-win for Blizzard at this point, so... as I said in my original post, it's no surprise.
Jan 8th 2010 12:52AM Been saying for months that Cataclysm will come with an Authenticator packed inside. The money and time Blizzard employees spend fixing hacked accounts is probably much more than the cost of giving the authenticators away (because they practically already do).
It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest to see it happen.
Jan 5th 2010 1:07PM Northrend is part of Azeroth, and will likely be affected by the Cataclysm. There's no reason a massive earthquake couldn't uncover a few more instances up north, giving players a reason to venture back to Northrend. We might even see Blizzard retool a few parts of Northrend (they mentioned it as a possibility).
