Nov 25th 2009 4:51AM Nice work once again, Kelly... I love the linework, the consistency
of character size and Byron's well-illustrated play of emotions.
I'm honestly feeling for the guy. He's got 'gangly teenager' written
all over him! =)
Ol' Blade'll teach him a few things. If it's one thing I know, it's
Two last things... one: how sad is it that I can pick out what level
our intrepid tauren shadowmaster is - from his shoulders! Nice
And two: I have to say that Gruuka looks suspiciously like an ex of
Sep 26th 2009 5:11PM "Here's a note to remember... as continuing subscribers, Ghostcrawler works for you and me."
This makes me think of those sad, deluded individuals that somehow think their college or university tuition gives them the 'right' to be educated.
Paying a tuition gives you the PRIVILEGE of being able to get the education, of attending the lectures and benefiting from them. There's no 'student RIGHT' here at all.
In games like WoW, the monthly subscription is basically the same as a magazine... you get it in the mail every month. You don't have any great right to control what is IN the content of your magazine, but you get it in the mail. Go you.
Basically put, we all pay the same fees... MOST of us could care less what overwhelming changes happen to 'tweak' the game... we're happy just playing it.
We buy the expansions because we love the core of the game... and what the developers have done WITH it... not because we'll be able to do a little more pewpew with our chosen classes.
If you don't like how the company is developing the product, you can ALWAYS take your business elsewhere... and please don't let the screen door hit you in the a$$ on the way out.
And Ghostcrawler? If you read this, please take a well-deserved break. You put in far more hours than were ever expected of you. The fact alone that you listened to the whiners and belly-aching QQ for so long speaks volumes for your strength of character.
You owe US nothing.
Aug 22nd 2009 4:01AM Ok... so the Alliance gets a race that shapeshifts... and we get... little green gnomes.
Any other Horde feel like we're getting shafted?
Feb 5th 2008 2:06PM I'm also doing what Satrix has mentioned above...
I read about Gutrot and the melee hunters and decided to give them both a try...
The result = melee hunter with no armor, fighting with his starting dagger and now that he's passed lv20, a skinning knife in his offhand.
It's actually a little more challenging... I have to keep an eye not only on my pet's health, but my own mana and health (as it depletes MUCH more rapidly than if I was plunking away at range with a bow) and fight with a certain amount of strategy... it's not necessarily viable to use the same skills/talents as I would were I a cookie-cutter MM or BM hunter... )
And I agree with Satrix... it's not a lack of foresight or knowledge of the toon or the class... it's more of a 'Can I do this?' sort of thing...
/applause to all those who similarly think outside the box...
