Ready Check: Gurtogg Bloodboil {WoW}
Jul 7th 2008 10:28AM Mages are actually probably the most managable clothie. Just have them throw up ice armor and amp magic on themselves. Our first kill on Bloodboil I took Fel Rage 4 times in that fight as a mage. And as a mage you're better off dpsing during this time rather than spamming mana shield and waste your mana to suck up 1k damage. Your dps during this time will help the fight a lot more than going oom and not be able to dps the rest of the time. Just be ready to health pot/healthstone.
Mages in WotLK: I'm re-speccing frostfire {WoW}
May 21st 2008 9:54AM I hope they fix burnout to not have a negative effect. Why do they keep hitting fire mages with negative effects on their talents? I may no longer be a fire mage if there is such a huge negative impact on a talent like that. It would be nice if it was an option that I could turn off or on. Maybe by putting on molten armor it would turn it on and I could combustion, trinket, icy into a frenzy of crit dps.
