Celebrate Thanksgiving by slaughtering turkeys {WoW}

Nov 28th 2008 6:09AM A little late to the party I see. I had the idea to go do this before Thanksgiving even started, and recorded a video of it before this article was even posted. :o)

Glad you and the others could join the fun though. I had my Moonkin get the achievement with much fanfare. What better day to get that achievement over with than with a laser turkey on the Thanksgiving after Wrath launches. =D

TwentyFifthNovember becomes Ensidia {WoW}

Nov 25th 2008 6:18AM I could care less about a guild so stuck up and egotistical that they make a big thing out of naming their guild. =) Besides, there are already people on various servers naming their characters after real prescription drugs, so a druggy guild name isn't all that unique either.

You watch, word will get back to them that so many people are laughing at them and they'll change it for the sake of being viewed as the gods of gaming.

The Queue: Reputation, daily quests, and performance in Dalaran {WoW}

Nov 20th 2008 4:02PM Yes. RAM is huge. I once had to downgrade to 1 GB RAM in BC and my Shattrath went from working just fine to endless drive-grinding because it kept switching to virtual memory. It was a complete nightmare until I fixed my RAM situation.

GameStop having credit card issues {WoW}

Nov 13th 2008 1:18PM LOL. Gamestop. I just picked up my copy. It was really easy. I just walked into a Target, went to the shelf, and got it. Done. :-)

Guildwatch: Goodbye endgame, hello new game {WoW}

Nov 13th 2008 6:06AM Yes. I do know what Kara was like around release.

"last time we had an expansion release, "

Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. :-P LOL

Guildwatch: Goodbye endgame, hello new game {WoW}

Nov 12th 2008 6:10AM "Karazhan was such a roadblock for newer guilds"

WHAT?!

Kiddie Kara, K-Mart Kara, McKarazhan, and Hello Kitty Kara was a roadblock to some guilds? You've got to be kidding me. :-P

I hope you're not serious, and feel sorry for those guilds that still can't get with the program if you were. LOL. =)

In-game mail to be reimbursed {WoW}

Nov 11th 2008 10:28PM "The servers are currently being brought back online and should be playable by...."

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. They said that two hours ago. :-)

Paladins to receive some Blizzard love {WoW}

Nov 4th 2008 1:25PM LOL. How many times are you folks going to Photoshop that Ghostcrawler picture? =D

And.... TO THE SKY BABY!!! 8-)

[UPDATED] Invincible vengeance no more {WoW}

Nov 1st 2008 10:17AM Has this dimwit forgotten that Avenging Wrath has already been nerfed to apply to both Damage and Healing? Now with its ties to Forbearance being reinstated, all this really means is that Ret Paladins will stop using this nerfed talent in PVP and just bubble-fight instead.

This is more of a Holy PVP nerf, since Holy Paladins could have used AW to boost their healing by 20% while bubbled, but once again, Holy or Prot takes a beating because Ghostcrawler can't be "surgical" with his tweaks to the class.

And ENOUGH WITH THE DAMN HOTFIXES!!! Now his demeanor in always hotfixing this class gives the impression he's nervous about missing the Wrath launch deadline to not make tons of changes to pallies the minute they hit Northrend.

Official class forums to be replaced with role forums [UPDATED x2] {WoW}

Oct 30th 2008 5:09PM I for one would welcome these changes. Too often the Class Forums become territorial gang hideouts more than community bulletin boards, with "invaders" from other classes showing up to troll and flame simply because they're a different class. WoW by design encourages far more classist nonsense than many other RPGs, and this would really pull the rug out from under people who would love nothing more than to turn the class forums into fortresses to flame others from. I expect at least 60% of the people who hate this idea to be people who engage in this kind of activity.
