Nov 20th 2010 8:19AM If the game has good music(ie: Guild Wars' amazing score), I will listen to it. If the game doesn't(ie: Champions Online's generic, often irritating, noise) I will listen to my own playlist.
While grinding, I usually listen to podcasts to occupy my mind.
Nov 19th 2010 6:55PM I'm excited to see how the new quests play out... But first I have to finish WiK. I think my mesmer would look great in any of the costumes. The female formal attire reminds me of one of Gwen's hero armors.
Nov 4th 2010 2:49PM The funny thing is that I was actually looking forward to seeing what Anet's offshoots were doing, until they announced how important it was that the game be console exclusive.
Anyway, he comes off as a total douche. It's easy to brag about how much awesome-r you are than the competition when you don't have anything to show.
Oct 26th 2010 10:34AM This is not surprising... But a good move for Cryptic.
Sep 25th 2010 7:22AM I never liked Eve, despite the fact that I really wanted to. I am really looking forward to seeing what CCP does.
Sep 11th 2010 12:42PM I tried to play the game, but the patcher won't co-operate. I've opened ports, edited text files, and tried to manually torrent the patches(got a tracker not authorized message). Why do I have to spend time researching fixes on random unofficial forums just to download their game?
I'm gonna pass. From what I've read, it's probably not the game for me, and so I should probably not waste anymore of my time.
Aug 27th 2010 11:26AM I don't need cutting edge graphics to enjoy myself... not that I think the graphics look bad -- they are fine, and I like the style.
I'm just excited to play a new Ragnar Tornquist game.
Aug 23rd 2010 5:08PM @Knob: Female players will be playing male characters :D
Aug 23rd 2010 3:20PM The entirety of gaming would have to rise up and tell me that this game was amazing before I'd even consider buying it.
I actually feel bad for the rank and file folks at Cryptic. It must suck to work for a company with such a horrible reputation.
Aug 23rd 2010 9:33AM The sexuality in games like Tera doesn't offend me(morally or otherwise). It does make me roll my eyes though... it's so cliche at this point.
It also makes me assume the worst about a product. Why do they have to resort to softcore porn to get attention? Can't their product stand on it's own?
