Spiritual Guidance: 30 If statements that Priests should adhere to {WoW}

May 7th 2008 1:37PM I've been healing as a priest for 3 years now. A few words of advice if I may.

If your running low on mana, learn about OO5SR. Look at your talents, your probably spending them wrong. Also, using Shadowfiend and a mana pot while OO5SR really helps, especially if you have the regen for it and you can afford a few seconds down time.

IMO, it's okay to shield a tank when absolutely needed. It helps smooth out the damage and allows big heals to land on the tank. You should also learn how to queue your heals so you have one in the pipe when you really need it. 2.5 secs is a long time when your tank is about to die.

Final note, I usually always POM and Renew the tank when he goes in for the boss. POM helps generate some extra threat and along with the renew, helps smooth out some of the initial damage. You should always keep renew up on the MT and OT along with the toons that tend to take a lot of damage.

PS: L2P your toon, if you don't like healing then re-roll.

The art of the Arena point sell {WoW}

Apr 16th 2008 11:45AM This is a big problem on my server. You see a lot of arena 3v3 teams with two members with gear that requires a high personal rating joining a team with a very low team rating. The people that I 3v3 with refuse to give into this practice and would rather have our gear guilt free. But on the same notion, we are suffering because we don't participate. We are a solid team, we know each others play style and work well together. But we can compete with a team with 50% of the members geared with Season 3 pieces. It's starting to become not so worth while. But we still forge on.

I agree with the idea of DE'ing or selling pvp gear when it is no longer needed. I do not agree with the idea of selling teams. I think Bliz needs to put a little more thought into how the rate teams and personal rating to slow down the rampant exploit of the arena system.

Known bugs in patch 2.4.1, 2.4.2 on the way {WoW}

Apr 8th 2008 11:48AM How can I forget, my Blood Elfs ears stick out of her helmet. I don't even remember that happening before.

Known bugs in patch 2.4.1, 2.4.2 on the way {WoW}

Apr 8th 2008 11:47AM How about most boss fights in Heroic mode and Kara being different. Chess event being glitched and Aran doing double flame wreaths, blizzards and twice more fire/ice bolts. I really enjoyed being teleported back the Curators hall and having to run back to Chess only to find out that I can't get my badges. And what's up with the 80 mana biscuit max. I'm a mage and I want more biscuits.

Server downtime troubles continue [Updated] {WoW}

Apr 1st 2008 5:33PM I want someone head for this.

Breakfast Topic: What's your favorite part of HKO? {WoW}

Apr 1st 2008 8:47AM So instead of Molten Core we'll have Stinky Litter Box. And for epic loot we'll have stats like +81 cuteness? Now that's hot.

Your least favorite races {WoW}

Mar 11th 2008 11:56AM I hate Gnome. Enough said.

Build Shop: Mage 17/0/44 {WoW}

Feb 20th 2008 1:28PM I will never go back to Fire. I love the Deep Frost builds.

Breakfast Topic: Consumables: Buy, gather, or make? {WoW}

Feb 19th 2008 9:44AM I have a set price that I will not go over, regardless of how badly I need the pots. And when I go see pots I'm looking for on the cheap, I buy as many as I can. I also have an Herb alt, Echant and Alchy alts to make the stuff when I'm not feeling lazy.

Wrath of the Lich King could be very very sneaky {Massively}

Feb 19th 2008 9:38AM If WotLK is realesed that early, it'll be the same situation with Naxx and BC being released (which a lot of people are still a little upset over). WotLK shouldn't be out until later this year and I don't see it coming out until after Thanksgiving.
